20 thousand tuition classes illegal in Gujarat

1 crore students are in Gujarat. Even if at least 50 percent of them have tuition, 50 lakh students go to tuition classes. There are an average of 250 students in a tuition class. According to this, there are 20 thousand tuition classes in the whole of Gujarat.
