Considering \u2018Mining Industry\u2019 as an important sector for industrial and economic development of Gujarat, Gujarat government has decided to give it a status of an industry.<\/p>\n
Earlier, through an ordinance dated 09-01-2019 \u201cprocessing of mining activities\u201d was given a status of industry by the Industry & Mines Department. However, giving a positive response to the representation seeking a status of industry for the mining sector made by the leading producers of the mining industry, the Chief Minister had taken this decision.<\/p>\n
As a result of this decision, it would become easier for the mining sector activity and its related industries to avail necessary permissions such as 66AA and 65 B which are mandatory under the Land Revenue Act.<\/p>\n
With simplification of the entire procedure, the blocks of mineral areas would become active more speedily and also generate revenue for the state government.<\/p>\n
Easy availability of the land would accelerate the large scale investment and production activity, along with increment in employment opportunities.<\/p>\n
Not only this, the benefits such as loan-assistance and others avail to the industries, would also be accessible to mining sector too.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
