Out of these 4856 MPs-MLAs,\u00a01024(21%)\u00a0have declared\u00a0serious criminal charges against themselves. Among these 1024 MPs-MLAs,\u00a064 (6%) have declared charges related to kidnapping\u00a0against themselves.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1622\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/allgujaratnews.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/mp-mla-3.png?resize=696%2C310\" alt=\"\" width=\"696\" height=\"310\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/>Out of 64 MPs\/MLAs with declared charges related to kidnapping, 17 belong to political parties (National, Regional and Unrecognised parties) while 4 MPs\/ MLAs are independents.
