\nMumbai, November 19, 2020: Reliance Industries Limited (\u201cReliance Industries\u201d) and
\nReliance Retail Ventures Limited (\u201cRRVL\u201d) have completed the current phase of partner
\ninduction and fund raise exercise for RRVL.
\nRRVL has received cumulative subscription amount of \u20b9 47,265 crore from the following
\nfinancial partners and allotted 69,27,81,234 equity shares to them.
