The Gujarat State Transport Department has once again set the driving speed limit. The car has to be driven at a speed of less than 50 kmph and a maximum speed of 120 kmph. Different speeds have been set for each vehicle on urban area, rural area, state highway, district highway.<\/p>\n
Police do not have a speed gun in the city of Kanai. Their devices are not at 95 percent of the places where they can measure speed. If so, it is bad. Then on what basis the penalty will be imposed.<\/p>\n
The car has to cover a distance of 120 km on the express highway in the state. The speed limit has been set at 100 kmph on national highways and 80 kmph on state highways and 50 kmph in rural areas.<\/p>\n
The corporation has set a speed limit of 65 kmph on urban roads and 50 kmph on rural roads. The speed limit of the vehicle handling the goods is also set.<\/p>\n
Violation of this order by issuing a notification will be punishable under sections 133 (1), (2), 184 and IPC-18 of the Motor Vehicles Act 1988 and section 131 of the Gujarat Police Act.<\/p>\n
