The country’s largest IT company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will now have 5 lakh employees. It is the second most staffed company in India after railways.<\/p>\n

There are 12.54 lakh employees in the railway. Employee is the second largest information and technology (IT) company in the world.<\/p>\n
From April 2021 to March 2022, it will employ 40,000 new IT professionals. 45% of appointments will be made from April to June. Last year, 40,000 freshers were given jobs.<\/p>\n
The company hired 19,388 employees during the fourth quarter. This is the highest in any one quarter. There were 488,649 employees by the end of the year.<\/p>\n
TCS is the country’s largest software exporter. In a few years, it will be able to surpass Ascent by becoming the world’s largest IT employee.<\/p>\n
It is the largest private sector company in the country. The employee leave ratio in the company is only 7.3%.<\/p>\n
