\nChief Minister Bhupendra Patel has announced that 30 skyscrapers have been approved in Ahmedabad, Surat, Gandhinagar and Vadodara. He is calling it an achievement of his government. He himself is a builder from Ahmedabad. However, not a single person in his own government could build a building higher than 32 floors or 100 tallest buildings in India in Gujarat.<\/p>\n
The 100 tallest buildings in the world range from 234 floors (3284 feet) to 1100 feet, none of which are in India. Of the 100 buildings ranging from 78 floors to 35 floors built in India, not a single one is from Gujarat. 66 buildings are being built as the tallest in India, none of them are from Ahmedabad or any other city of Gujarat. The buildings which are being built and the proposal for construction has been sent to the government, there is not a single building among them that can match India. This means that Gujarat will have to wait for 10 more years to make it to the list of 100 tallest buildings in India.<\/p>\n
Today it has been 18 years since the Urban Development Minister of the Narendra Modi government announced the construction of India’s tallest 100-floor building. But even 32 floors could not be built.<\/p>\n
Gujarat’s Surat and Ahmedabad cities are lagging behind in building tall buildings.<\/p>\n
At present, 32-storey buildings are under construction in Gujarat and 3-storey buildings in Ahmedabad. In which two Science City Marg and one SG Highway are being constructed at the end of Judges Bangla Marg. The proposals for tall buildings in India that have come to the government include 27 buildings, out of which Gujarat does not have a single building among India’s tallest. While 6 are from the city.<\/p>\n
The name of the city is not mentioned in the list given here, it should be taken as Mumbai only. The rest of the buildings have the name of the city.<\/p>\n
