The riverfront will connect Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad. A new road will also be constructed to access GIFT City.<br \/>\nA notification has been issued by the Urban Development Department. Fifty percent of farmers&#8217; land will be acquired.<br \/>\nA town planning plan will be prepared by Gujarat International Finance Tec-City. A town planning plan will be prepared on private land, and farmers will be allocated plots.<br \/>\nA development fee of \u20b94 per square foot will be charged, while the maximum built-up area will be charged \u20b98.<br \/>\nHigh-rise buildings will appear around the riverfront in the near future.
