Plots reserved for residential and commercial purposes of the Municipal Corporation will be auctioned in various wards of Ahmedabad. Some of the plots placed in the e-auction to be held from 4th to 8th April-2024 have been put up for re-auction. Plots in Motera, Chandkheda, Bodakdev as well as Thaltej, Makarba, Sheelaj and Vastral, Vatva, Nikol, Muthia as well as Isanpur and Narol have been included in the auction. There is a residential plot of 4062 square meters on Zydus Hospital Road in Thaltej Ward. The price has been kept at Rs 2.75 lakh per square meter. If all these plots are sold, it is estimated that the Municipal Corporation will earn more than one thousand crore rupees.
E-auction of one residential and one commercial plot in Motera will be conducted by the Municipal Corporation. Two commercial and three residential reserved plots will be auctioned in Chandkheda ward. Three commercial plots in Bodakdev ward and one residential plot in Thaltej ward will be auctioned. Two commercial plots in Makarba, one residential plot in Shilaj and one commercial plot in Vastral ward will be auctioned. Apart from one commercial plot in Vatna, two commercial plots and one residential plot in Nicol Ward are also included in the auction. Muthiya area as well as Narol and Isanpur. E-auction will be conducted respectively for each plot for commercial purpose in the area.
