Call center in Gandhinagar to provide treatment to patients sitting at home

Health Review Center to be started in Gandhinagar

A call center will be started in Gandhinagar from June 5, 2025 for citizens deprived of health services. In which telemedical advice or treatment will be provided in health advice patient consultation. Advice will be given to increase immunity. The patient will be consulted by the doctor sitting at home through conferencing call. Facility of medicine, lab test, e-prescription will be sent through SMS.

Patient-oriented feedback phone will also be created through helpline number 104.

Regular follow-up, review and feedback will be received on the health programs and services of the Health Department from one place.

The Government of Gujarat has set up Health Helpline Number 104 at the Health Review Center to provide information about health schemes and any advice, suggestion or consultation related to health to the people sitting at home.

The Health Department will be able to monitor it at a single center by integrating the dashboard of the database.

State-of-the-art audio-visual system, digital patient data and dashboard for better communication by giving feedback if health services are not being provided.

Health Review Centre will work in adverse and emergency situations like natural disaster, epidemic etc.

Advanced audio-visual conference room, 12 terminals. Video conferencing.

Consultation, advice, suggestions and guidance on health services will be given by 100 call takers through the call centre.

CAD Call Centre Application has been designed and implemented by EMRI GHS for call recording and management and storage of information for evidence, training and quality control.

Two-way communication video conferencing and dialogue system with district administration and health officials.

Dashboard monitoring and feedback system.

Digital click to call system for instant contact with officials and staff of the entire structure of the health department at the state and district level.

Important health services covered by Health Review Centre

Maternal Health:-

Care of pregnant women with sickle cell anemia, heart, kidney, weight less than 42 kg, low hemoglobin and other vital parameters

TB follow-up will be conducted for high-risk TB patients under treatment, patients experiencing side effects of TB drugs during 15 days of treatment, patients who have completed 2 (two) months of treatment, patients who have completed 4 months of treatment.

Vaccination:-
Children and mothers will be assessed for vaccination.
