There are 43 self-help groups. 58 job cards have been approved under the MNREGA scheme. 20 people benefited from old age pension assistance. 220 sisters are getting assistance under the Widow Assistance Scheme.
Environment
Adequate attention is paid to the purity of air, water and soil. Every house has clean drinking water. By cooking only with gas, the sisters enjoy clean cooking and freedom from air pollution.

The main occupation of the people here is agriculture, agricultural labor, cottage industry and animal husbandry. Farmers also have enough water for irrigation. 14 bores have been tested by the Gram Panchayat.
