ધનરાજ નથવાણી, રિલાયન્સ ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રીઝ લિમિટેડના ગ્રૂપ પ્રેસિડેન્ટ, કંપનીના મહારાષ્ટ્ર, દિલ્હી, જામનગર અને વડોદારના કોર્પોરેટ અફેર્સ વિભાગનો હવાલો સંભાળે છે. તેઓ રિલાયન્સ ગ્રૂપ સપોર્ટ સર્વિસીસના બોર્ડમાં ડાયરેક્ટર પણ છે, જેમાં તેઓ જામનગર અને વડોદરા મેન્યુફેક્ચરિંગ ડિવિઝન તેમજ જિયોનાં ગુજરાતની સામાજિક ઉત્તરદાયિત્વ (સી.એસ.આર.) કાર્યોની દેખરેખ રાખે છે.
તેઓ રિલાયન્સ ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રીઝ લિમિટેડના જામનગર મેન્યુફેક્ચરિંગ ડિવિઝન અને વડોદરા મેન્યુફેક્ચરિંગ ડિવિઝનનાં કાર્યોનો હવાલો સંભાળે છે. તેઓ કંપનીના આ બંને મેન્યુફેક્ચરિંગ ડિવિઝન ઉપરાંત ગુજરાતમાં રિલાયન્સ જિયો ઇન્ફોકોમના 4-જી પ્રોજેક્ટની નોન-ટેકનિકલ બાબતો સિવાયના ફાયનાન્સ એન્ડ એકાઉન્ટ્સ, પ્રોક્યોરમેન્ટ એન્ડ કોન્ટ્રાક્ટ્સ, હ્યુમન રીસોર્સીસ, ઇન્ફોર્મેશન ટેકનોલોજી, સિક્યોરીટી, કોર્પોરેટ અફેર્સ ડિપાર્ટમેન્ટ અને સી.એસ.આર. પ્રવૃત્તિઓ સંભાળે છે.
ધનરાજ નથવાણી સ્પોર્ટ્સ, વાઇલ્ડલાઇફ અને ટ્રાવેલ જેવા વિષયોમાં ખૂબ રુચિ ધરાવે છે. તેઓ ગુજરાત સ્ટેટ ફૂટબોલ એસોસિયેશનના પ્રમુખ, દ્વારકા દેવસ્થાન સમિતિના ઉપાધ્યક્ષ, ગુજાત સ્ટેટ બોર્ડ ફોર વાઇલ્ડલાઇફના સભ્ય, બોર્ડ ઓફ ગવર્નર્સ ઓફ ગુજરાત ઇકોલોજીકલ એજ્યુકેશન એન્ડ રીસર્ચ (જી.ઇ.ઇ.આર.)ના સભ્ય, ગુજરાત લૉ સોસાયટી (જી.એલ.એસ.) યુનિવર્સિટી, અમદાવાદના ગવર્નિંગ બોર્ડના સભ્ય, વડોદરા મેરેથોનના બોર્ડ મેમ્બર, વાય.પી.ઓ. સભ્ય, અને એન્ટરપ્રેન્યોર્સ ઓર્ગેનાઇઝેનના ગુજરાત ચેપ્ટરના સભ્ય છે.
ધનરાજ નથવાણીએ રીજેન્ટ્સ બિઝનેસ સ્કૂલ, લંડનમાંથી ઇન્ટરનેશનલ બિઝનેસમાં ડિગ્રી પ્રાપ્ત કરી છે અને તેમણે નેશનલ ઇન્સ્ટીટ્યુટ ઓફ મેનેજમેન્ટમાંથી કોર્પોરેટ લૉ એન્ડ પબ્લિક રિલેશન્સ મેનેજમેન્ટ વિષય સાથે એમ.બી.એ. કર્યું છે.[:en]Mr. Dhanraj P. Nathwani

Dhanraj Nathwani, Group President at Reliance Industries Ltd., takes care of corporate affairs at Reliance Industries Limited for Maharashtra, Delhi, Jamnagar and Vadodara. He is also a Director on the Board of Reliance Group Support Services where he was instrumental in streamlining the CSR activities of the Manufacturing divisions of Jamnagar and Vadodara and Jio in Gujarat.
He oversees the Jamnagar Manufacturing Division and Vadodara Manufacturing of Reliance Industries Ltd. He looks after all non-technical matters including Finance & Accounts, Procurement and Contracts, Human Resource, Information Technology, Security, Corporate Affairs Department and CSR activities of both the Manufacturing Divisions of the Company and Reliance Jio Infocomm 4G project in Gujarat.
Dhanraj is also a sports, wildlife, and travel enthusiast. He is President of the Gujarat State Football Association; Vice-Chairman of Dwarka Devasthan Samiti; Member of Gujarat State Board for Wildlife; Member of Board of Governors of Gujarat Ecological Education & Research (GEER); Member of Governing Board of Gujarat Law Society (GLS) University, Ahmedabad; Board Member of Vadodara Marathon; member of YPO and also of Entrepreneurs’ Organisation, Gujarat chapter; amongst others.
Dhanraj has a degree in International Business from Regent’s Business School, London and an MBA with specialization in Corporate Law and Public Relations Management from National Institute of Management.[:]
