The Flower-Show 2024 was recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records as the longest floral structure of 221 meters. Ahmedabad broke China’s record. 10 lakh people came and Rs. 5 crore was earned.
Cost of trees
Rs 30 crore was spent to plant 30 lakh saplings in Ahmedabad during the 100 days of the 2024 monsoon. The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has spent Rs 35 crore in the name of planting 30 lakh saplings and trees from June 5 on the plots located on the Central Verge in the monsoon of 2024.
