Modi’s guarantee in trains did not work in Gujarat

In Gujarat, a major injustice has been done to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s family of Rs 7 crore in Railways. Modi says, he does. This is Modi’s guarantee. However, Modi’s rail guarantee did not work in Gujarat. Rs. to build Bullet Rail only for the rich. Work has started with a loan of Rs 1 lakh crore. Which too has been delayed by 5 years. Of all the railway projects announced in Gujarat, 90 percent have not been completed.
Modi’s rail guarantee did not work for his Gujarat family in 10 years.
But in the 10 years of Modi rule, Gujarat has faced huge injustice in the matter of railways. However, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel is openly silent in front of Modi.
Despite this injustice done to Gujarat, MPs cannot speak in front of Modi. No lobbying is being done by the MPs on Railways.
In the five years before 2014, the average budget of the hill state Uttarakhand was Rs 200 crore. This year the railway budget of Uttarakhand is Rs 5 thousand crores. That means 25 times increase. Railways is expanding into new areas of Uttarakhand. Modi has given Rs 45 thousand crore to Uttarakhand along with another project. In Gujarat, BJP is confident that voters will not form the government of other parties, hence injustice is being done.
Narendra Modi went to Uttarakhand and announced that his government has given projects worth Rs 45 thousand crores. But, injustice is being done to Gujarat.
It was announced in Parliament that out of 36 projects planned by the Railway Ministry for Gujarat from 2018 to 2023, not a single railway project was completed within five years. For this Gujarat Rs. 31 thousand crores were given, only 20% of the projects could be completed.

36 railway infrastructure projects worth Rs 30,789 crore with a length of 3,200 km were approved for Gujarat in five years. 735 km Railway lengthening works were started. In which Rs 6,113 crore was spent till 23 March. Plans were being made to start 80 percent of the work.
520 km of laying six new railway lines. There were projects worth Rs 6950 crore behind. In which work on 90 km line was started. Rupee. 2200 crores were spent. 90 percent of the work has not even started.
1,567 km Gauge conversion projects of 18 railway lines of 645 km length at a cost of Rs 12 thousand crore are included. Long-term projects were started. Rs 3527 crore was spent but the work was not completed.
Doubling of 12 lines of 1,113 km line at a cost of Rs. Barely Rs 360 crore was spent on projects worth Rs 11 thousand crore. Lines are incomplete.
A total of 26 projects were in poor condition.
It was decided to lay only 3 new lines in Gujarat.
There were to be 10 double line numbers.
13 gauges had to be replaced.

The state of Prime Minister, External Affairs Minister and Home Minister has reduced the expenditure of Railways in Gujarat. Questions are often raised regarding Gujarat. The bullet train is to be started from the Lone Line and since it will cost as much as an airplane, only rich people and officials will be able to travel, which is 3 percent of the people. This is not a train on which common people can sit. Therefore common people will not get any benefit from it.
On July 14, 2022, the Central Government had announced the construction of 116.65 km new rail line Taranga Hill-Ambaji-Aboo Road project worth Rs 2798 crore by 2026.
Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the platform, booking counter, railway under bridge at Chandlodia railway station. Inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various development works of Western Railway.
Rajkot Ahmedabad
The Gujarat government had earlier announced the launch of high-speed rail by laying a new railway near the existing national highway between Ahmedabad and Rajkot.
The previous Gujarat government had announced to start local city trains on all the railway lines around Ahmedabad. Modi government did not do anything about that in Gujarat. Central government, Gujarat government, Amit Shah, Narendra Modi are not saying anything.
In such a situation, the question has arisen whether there will be two big projects for the general public. In contrast, only rich people are spending Rs 1 lakh crore to start a superfast bullet train that carries a fare of Rs 15,000. In which 98 percent of the population of Gujarat or Maharashtra cannot sit.
Amit Shah has completed the railway work in his parliamentary constituency. But they have forgotten the people of Gujarat. Or they do not speak against Modi.
Shah said that during the tenure of the previous government 2009-14, Rs 590 crore was spent annually on railways in Gujarat. Over the 8 years from 2014 to 2022, an average of Rs. 4,000 crores have been given. Gandhinagar will become the most developed Lok Sabha constituency in the country.
But what about other areas of Gujarat?
On 14 September 2017, the foundation stone of the high speed railway line between Mumbai and Ahmedabad was laid.
A faint corridor is formed.
Battery operated vans have been installed at railway stations. An emergency medical room has been started in Surat. Vending machines have been installed. Air conditioned waiting room was not built. A coach washing plant was built in Vadodara, Bhuj. Not anywhere else. Only 2 disabled toilets were built. Quick Train Watering System has been installed at only 3 stations.
Toilets remain dirty during train travel.
552 garDrains have been made but they get filled with water.
Only 121 km of new railway lines have been laid and 136 km of work is in progress.
Doubling of railway line up to 412 km. Work of 547 km was going on.
Only 227 km gauge conversion has been done. Work of 518 kilometers was going on.
1082 km railway line has been electrified.
A new railway station of Vadnagar has been built. Chhayapuri railway station of Vadodara was built. Gandhinagar became a new railway station. Other stations are also in bad condition.
A new railway company Gujarat Rail Infrastructure Development Limited has been formed. The objective of which is to build the regional railway system, Ahmedabad Dholera Rail High Speed and Metro Rail around Ahmedabad and other cities.

Western Railway Headquarters
BJP had given memorandum to the Central Government several times demanding to make the headquarters of Western Railway in Ahmedabad. Demanded that Sabarmati Railway Station should be made the headquarters. But after becoming the Prime Minister, he is doing injustice to Gujarat.
Starting 82 new trains in the state and increasing the frequency of 12 trains – route expansion, development of 14 new railway lines, gauge conversion of 8 lines and gauge conversion of 17 railway lines. – Utilization of underutilized land of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar railway corridor for metro projects. Even half of these did not work.
Many railway lines in Gujarat have not been made broad gauge. Catholic routes are not double lined.

Farmers of 158 villages had to protest for 4 years to get compensation for land acquisition for Bullet Train. 150 villagers were tortured by the police.
Construction of railway overpass was going on for years in Ranoli, Vadodara.
Semi High Speed Corridor between Ahmedabad to Vadodara was approved but not started.
Pipavav stopped the goods train by placing trees on the railway track and started a fast movement.
MLA Ambrish Der, who was protesting against the Rail Roko movement regarding railway land in Rajula, Amreli, was detained at the railway station. Now took him to BJP.
Farmers of three talukas are protesting against the laying of new railway line between Somnath-Kodinar. Precious agricultural land of 1500 farmers is being cut. 300 farmers have suffered losses.
85 hectares of land of 300 farmers of 14 villages were lost in laying the 40 km new goods railway line from Hazira to Gothan. They had to protest.
People started a legal fight against the exclusion of Visavadar from the broad gauge railway line.
Due to non-stopping of railways, Rail Roko movement took place at 200 railway stations including Dhanera.

Ahmedabad
Speed up the work of laying the third railway line between Ahmedabad and Mumbai. 120 vehicles pass by. Due to having two lines, the travel time increases due to increase in traffic load on trains and trains have to stop for hours in case of signal failure.
There is a serious problem of traffic jam in Maninagar Railway Gate, Naroda, Ghodasar Punitnagar in Ahmedabad. The demand to build an overbridge at this railway gate is years old.
Ahmedabad Railway Station! There is no escalator on platform 11. There is only one escalator on the outside to reach the first platform of the station. There is no escalator facility on all other 12 platforms. Passengers have to climb up the stairs.
Luggage, children, elderly and disabled passengers cross the 12 platforms and suffocate. If it is late, crowded and the train is about to leave, passengers risk their lives to catch the train. In such a situation, passengers are demanding that escalators should be arranged instead of stairs on all the 12 platforms of Ahmedabad station.
Bridge naming controversy: Sant Rohidas Bridge renamed even before the inauguration of Naroda Railway Overbridge on June 8 T was removed. There was a big controversy.
There are less trains between North India and Mumbai. Passengers are not only forced to travel like sheep and goats, but are also exploited.

It has been requested to make arrangements to ensure that every passenger gets a confirmed ticket. It has stopped canceling journeys and deducting money for travel at 50 per cent concessional rate for senior citizens.
Even after 75 years of independence, passengers do not get confirmed tickets in trains. Open railway tracks have become dangerous. A railway gate enters a traffic jam. Railway gates have become a headache in the smart city Ahmedabad. On the other hand, most of the railway tracks passing through the city are open. There is no wire fence. That there is no wall.
The demand for connecting or expanding at least 50 trains from some parts of the country has not been met. In which there was no daily Shramik Express from Surat to Ayodhya, Surat to Patna, Bhagalpur, Surat to Ranchi Jharkhand.
Indian Railways runs 10 thousand passenger trains. In which there are only 300 trains passing through Gujarat. Didn’t give much train.

Jetalsar to Dhasa railway line has been lying incomplete for years.
In every railway budget, the people of Saurashtra-Kutch have got nothing but false assurances.
There are not enough trains connecting places like Somnath and Dwarka with the rest of the country.
There is a demand for trains from Mahuva, Bhavnagar and Amreli to Surat but it did not happen.
There is demand for railway lines connecting coastal cities.
There is a demand to convert the meter gauge line from Amreli-Dhasa to Dhola into broad gauge.
There is not a single train between Amreli and Ahmedabad today.
Most of the area in Saurashtra comes under Bhavnagar division. Rajkot division has been shortened.
Bilkha-Delwada line has been cut due to rain.
Many lines running during the princely period and connecting villages have been closed in the name of gauge conversion. Gauge conversion of hardly 7 railway tracks has been done in Gujarat.
6 line doubling has been done.
According to the data of Rajkot Division on Diwali, despite the traveling of twenty lakh passengers, not a single holiday special train was run, then in what condition would all these passengers have boarded the train?
There is no plan to lay second track and electrification project till Rajkot.
