Gujarati meal will now be available for the passengers of Delhi-Ahmedabad bound Rajdhani. IRCTC has introduced this meal in train first time to serve food better specifically for Gujarati passengers. The passengers travelling in Rajdhani will have choice to order Gujarati meal. Thepla, Roti, Undhiyu, Khichdi, Kadhi and Mohanthal will be on platter of passengers.Shri Alok Alok Aggarwal of “Ba Ni Rasoi” of Garvi Gujarat, 25B Akbar Road who will supply traditional and authentic Gujarati meal said that Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi had appealed during inauguration of Garvi Gujarat building to promote craft, culture and cuisine of Gujarat in a national capital. In a part of this we have planned to supply fresh and tasty Gujarati meal in Delhi- Ahmedabad bound Rajdhani daily.I am in restaurant business in more than 25 years and have experienced that Gujaratis are very choosy about meal and breakfast. We have also planned to introduce delicious Gujarati Thali and snacks in other trains also to fulfill passengers demand.
