Srinagar-Leh highway closed to general public will be used only for army vehicles

China has once again tried to infiltrate the Ladakh border. Although the Chinese Army P.L.A. No, this attempt has been thwarted by the Indian Army, but this time the situation is tense again. The Srinagar-Leh highway has been closed to the public since the incident. Now this highway will be used only for army vehicles. The decision was taken on Monday morning following the movement on the Ladakh border. Locals living around Lake Pangong have also been evacuated.

On the night of August 29-30, the Chinese army attempted to infiltrate near Pengong Lake in eastern Ladakh, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Defense. Indian troops thwarted every attempt by China, in a situation where warnings have now been raised on the Ladakh border. However, talks are underway between the two countries at the brigade commander level. So that the situation can be brought under control.
