The naming of 270 primary schools run by the Surat Nagar Prathmik Shiksha Samiti was done by unveiling the plaque amidst chanting of Vedic mantras.
Modi said that this is not just a naming ceremony of the school, but the school is a symbol of national pride. The name has its own pride and glory, the ability to learn from history is necessary in the society. The naming will give the students studying in the school the knowledge of history.
