[:gj]કોરોનાના સંક્રમણને અટકાવવા અમદાવાદ જિલ્લામાં સેનિટાઇઝેશન તમામ ૪૬૪ ગામોમા એક સાથે એક જ સમયે સેનીટાઈઝેશન કરવાની સર્વ પ્રથમ ઘટના 4 મે 2020એ બની હતી. પણ અમદાવાદ મહાનગર પાલિકા દ્વારા આખું શહેર સેનીટાઈઝેશન કરી શકાયું નથી. તે કમીશનર વિજય નહેરાની મોટી ખામી બહાર આવી છે.
ગામોમાં એકબીજાના સ્પર્શ કે જાહેર જગ્યાઓ પર લાગેલા વાયરસના કારણે સંક્રમણ ન વધે તે માટે મુખ્ય રસ્તાઓ, ઘરો, ફળિયા એમ સામૂહિક રીતે જંતુરહિત કરવાની કામગીરી હાથ હાથ ધરાઇ હતી.
અમદાવાદ જિલ્લા વિકાસ અધિકારી અરુણ મહેશ બાબુએ અમદાવાદ આસપાસના ગામોને કોરોનાથી બચાવવા મોટું ઓપરેશન કરી બતાવ્યું છે. દૂર દૂદરા વિસ્તારોમાં સ્પ્રીન્કલર વાહનો મોકલીને આ કામ કરી શકાયું છે. પણ અમદાવાદ શહેરમાં સૌથી વધું કોરોના કેસ બહાર આવ્યા છતાં પૂરું શહેર આ રીતે સેનિટાઈઝ કરી શકાયું નથી.
જિલ્લામાં સેનિટીઇંઝેશનની મેગા ડ્રાઈવમાં ૧૬ લાખ વસતીને આવરી લેવાઇ હતી. એક સાથે રહેતી શહેરની 60 લાખની વસતીને સંપૂર્ણ રીતે આવરી લેવાઈ નથી.
556 ગામડાઓ અમદાવાદમાં છે. 8084 ચોરસ કિ.મી. વિસ્તાર છે. 14 તાલુકાઓ છે. 74લાખની વસતી છે. વસ્તીના 86.65% સાક્ષરતા દર છે. છતાં અમદાવાદ જિલ્લા પંચાયત જે કામ કરી શકી તે અમદાવાદ શહેરના સત્તાધીશો કરી શક્યા નથી.
જિલ્લામાં આ રોગનું સંક્રમણ ન વધે તે માટે જિલ્લામાં બહારના લોકોની અવરજવર પર નિયંત્રણના પગલે રોગને એક ચોક્કસ લેવલ સુધી અટકાવી રાખી શકવા માં સફળતા મળી છે. જે અમદાવાદમાં મળી નથી.
અમદાવાદ જિલ્લામાં સંપૂર્ણપણે સેનીટીઇંઝેશનની કામગીરી માટે 100 ફોગર મશીન, 1 મોટુ કેનેન ફોગર મશીન, 300 જેટલાં નાના પંપ તથા અન્ય 500 વાહનોનો ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. આ મેઘા કામગીરીમાં 25 હજાર જેટલાં વ્યક્તિ ઓ કે જેમાં સ્વયં સેવકો, કર્મચારીઓનો ઉપયોગ કરાયો હતો. 13500 લિટર sodium hypochloride 20% દવા વપરાશમાં લેવામાં આવી હતી.
અમદાવાદ જીલ્લા ના બધાજ ગામ માં સેનીટાઇઝેશન કરવા માં સેવા ભાવિ સામાજિક કાર્યકર મહેશ પરમાર અને મેઘમણી ઓર્ગેનીક ના માલિક જયંતિ પટેલ અને આનંદ પટેલે તથા ભરૂચની શ્રી રામ કેમિકલના કલ્પેશએ વિનામૂલ્યે 30,000 લીટર સોડિયમ હાયપોકલોરાઇડ પૂરું પાડ્યું હતું. જેમાંથી 4.5 લાખ લીટર સોલ્યુશન બનાવાયું હતું.
મહેશ પરમાર દ્વારા અમદાવાદ પોલીસ કમિશનરની કચેરીમાં આશરે 2300 લીટર સોડિયમ હાયપોકલોરાઇડ પૂરું પાડવામાં આવ્યું છે. રેન્જ અમદાવાદ, ખેડા, આણંદની મુખ્ય જિલ્લા પોલીસ કચેરી, નડિયાદ નગરપાલિકા, મહેમદાવાદ મામલતદાર કચેરી, ગોધરા ટી ડી ઓ કચેરી, કાલોલ, મોરવાહડપ ટી ડી ઓ કચેરી ઉપરાંત અ.મ્યુ.કો. દક્ષિણ ઝોનમાં પણ સોડિયમ હાયપોકલોરાઇડ પૂરું પાડ્યું છે.[:en]Ahmedabad, 4 May 2020

Mahesh Sanmar, a future social worker and Jayanti Patel and Anand Patel, owners of Meghmani Organic and Kalpesh of Shri Ram Chemical in Bharuch provided 30,000 liters of sodium hypochloride free of cost for sanitation in all the villages of Ahmedabad district. Out of which 4.5 lakh liters of solution was made.
About 2300 liters of sodium hypochloride has been supplied by Mahesh Parmar to the Ahmedabad Police Commissioner’s Office. कोरोना के संचरण को रोकने के लिए अहमदाबाद जिले में स्वच्छता सभी 465 गांवों में एक साथ सोडियम हाइपोक्लोराइड 20% दवा का उपयोग से स्वच्छता की पहली घटना 4 मई 2020 को हुई। लेकिन अहमदाबाद नगर निगम द्वारा पूरे शहर को साफ नहीं किया जा सका। कमिश्नर विजय नेहरा की एक बड़ी खामी सामने आई है।
एक दूसरे को छूने या सार्वजनिक स्थानों को छूने के कारण वायरस के प्रसार को रोकने के लिए गांवों में मुख्य सड़कों, घरों, सेम आदि का सामूहिक नसबंदी किया गया।
अहमदाबाद जिला विकास अधिकारी अरुण महेश बाबू ने कोरोना से अहमदाबाद के आसपास के गाँवों को बचाने के लिए एक बड़ा अभियान चलाया है। यह सुदूर क्षेत्रों में स्प्रिंकलर वाहन भेजकर किया गया है। लेकिन अहमदाबाद में कोरोना मामलों की सबसे अधिक संख्या के बावजूद, पूरे शहर को इस तरह से साफ नहीं किया जा सका।
जिले में स्वच्छता के मेगा ड्राइव ने 12 लाख की आबादी को कवर किया। शहर की 60 मिलियन आबादी एक साथ रहती है और पूरी तरह से कवर नहीं है।

महेश सनमार, एक भविष्य के सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता और जयंती पटेल और आनंद पटेल, भरूच में मेघमनी ऑर्गेनिक के मालिक और श्री राम केमिकल के कल्पेश ने अहमदाबाद जिले के सभी गाँवों में स्वच्छता के लिए 30,000 लीटर सोडियम हाइपोक्लोराइड मुफ्त दिया। जिसमें से 4.5 लाख लीटर घोल बनाया गया था।
महेश परमार द्वारा अहमदाबाद पुलिस आयुक्त कार्यालय को लगभग 2300 लीटर सोडियम हाइपोक्लोराइड की आपूर्ति की गई है। रेंज अहमदाबाद, खेड़ा, आनंद मुख्य जिला पुलिस कार्यालय, नडियाद नगर पालिका, महमदवाद ममलतदार कार्यालय, गोधरा टीडीओ कार्यालय, कलोल, मोरवाधाप टीडीओ कार्यालय के अलावा ए.एम.यू.सी.ओ. दक्षिणी क्षेत्र में सोडियम हाइपोक्लोराइड की भी आपूर्ति की जाती है।[:]
