Three years later, India’s underworld don Ravi Pujari was brought to India from the West African country of Senegal. The priest was brought to Bengaluru and Mangaluru police. Ravi Pujari demanded a ransom of Rs 25 crore in 2016 from RS Sodhi, MD of Amul – Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Anand, Which was investigated by the Ahmedabad Crime Branch. But then nobody knows what happened to this rich MD’s investigation. Only two political leaders and 8 policemen know.
An inquiry is underway in Modiwala. There are more than 3 cases of murder and ransom on Pujari. Police were searching for him in several cases involving ransom, murder, blackmail and fraud. He is being sued by several Bollywood stars for ransom. A Red Corner notice has also been announced against him for about five cases. Last month, police arrested a close associate of Ravi Pujari, Akash Shetty.
Ravi Pujari was arrested last month from the African country of Senegal. The priest suddenly went missing after his arrest. Pujari’s Karnataka police and Senegal officials arrested him from a village in a joint operation.
Amul demanded a ransom of Rs 25 crore to Shodhi
RS Sodhi, MD of Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation, located in Anand, Ravi Pujari and demanded a ransom of Rs 25 crore. Ahmedabad Crime Branch has started investigating the case on May 31, 2016. He also threatened to kill if the demand is not fulfilled.
Despite complaining that R.S. Sodhi declared that I had not received any threats. When Home Minister Rajni Patel announced that the investigation had been handed over to the Crime Branch. The complaint has been lodged and the Home Department has given special urge to investigate it intensively.
The question of property wealth
The underworld gangsters get information hidden and then set up a trap to recover the ransom. So the question arises, how much wealth would Amul’s MD, possess if a ransom of Rs 25 crore was sought?
Ravi Pujari was a close relative of Chhota Rajan, but Chhota Rajan was attacked by Chhota Shakil in Bangkok. The Ravi Pujari gang has so far threatened Salman, Shah Rukh, Akshay Kumar, Shilpa Shetty and Arijit Singh for ransom.
