In the 2019 elections, BJP and Congress got 70.12 percent and 23.97 percent votes respectively. Currently BJP’s Ranjanben Bhatt is holding the responsibility as MP from Vadodara Lok Sabha seat. Whereas the current MLA of Waghodia assembly seat is Srivastava Madhubhai Babubhai of BJP.
