[:en]Ahmedabad: Chief Minister Mr. Vijaybhai Rupani today urged the citizens of Gujarat to celebrate festival of colour ‘Holi’ as ‘The Fete of Health Protection.’
The Chief Minister categorically stated that in the present situation it is very essential to cleans the environment, thus, during the ‘Holika Dahan’, beside the traditional ‘Aahuti’, everyone should also make ‘Aahuti’ (sacrifice/offering) of ‘Panchtatva’ – Gugal, ghee of cow, dry neem leaves, mustard, and kapur (camphor) — for purifying the air free from germs to preserve and protect the health of people.[:]
