કોવિડ-19 અંગે આરોગ્ય અને પરિવાર કલ્યાણ મંત્રાલયમાંથી અપડેટ્સ દર્દીઓના સાજા થવાનો દર સુધરીને 47.76% નોંધાયો
છેલ્લા 24 કલાકમાં 4,614 દર્દીઓ કોવિડ-19 બીમારીથી સાજા થઇ ગયા છે. એકંદરે અત્યાર સુધીમાં કુલ, 86,983 દર્દીઓ સાજા થયા છે. આ સાથે દેશમાં દર્દીઓ સાજા થવાનો દર વધીને 47.76% થયો છે. હાલમાં કુલ 89,995 કેસો છે જેમને સક્રિય તબીબી દેખરેખ હેઠળ રાખવામાં આવ્યા છે.
કોવિડ-19 સામે લડવા માટે નવી માર્ગદર્શિકા 1 જૂન 2020થી અમલમાં આવશે
કેન્દ્રીય ગૃહ મંત્રાલય (MHA) દ્વારા આજે કોવિડ-19 સામે લડવા માટે અને કન્ટેઇન્મેન્ટ ઝોનની બહારના વિસ્તારો તબક્કાવાર ફરી ખોલવા અંગે નવી માર્ગદર્શિકા બહાર પાડવામાં આવી છે. આ માર્ગદર્શિકા 1 જૂન 2020થી અમલમાં આવશે અને 30 જૂન 2020 સુધી તેનો અમલ ચાલુ રહેશે. ફરી ખોલવા માટેના વર્તમાન તબક્કાના અનલૉક-1 પર ધ્યાન કેન્દ્રિત રહેશે. નવી માર્ગદર્શિકા રાજ્યો અને કેન્દ્ર શાસિત પ્રદેશો સાથે વ્યાપર વિચારવિમર્શ કર્યા પછી બહાર પાડવામાં આવી છે. કન્ટેઇન્મેન્ટ ઝોનમાં લૉકડાઉનના માપદંડોનો ચુસ્ત અમલ ચાલુ જ રહેશે. આના અંગે રાજ્ય/ કેન્દ્ર શાસિત પ્રદેશોની સરકાર દ્વારા આરોગ્ય મંત્રાલય દ્વારા બહાર પાડવામાં આવેલી માર્ગદર્શિકા પર વિચાર કરીને સીમાંકન કરવામાં આવશે. કન્ટેઇન્મેન્ટ ઝોનમાં, ચુસ્ત પરિસીમા નિયંત્રણ જાળવવામાં આવશે અને માત્ર આવશ્યક પ્રવૃત્તિઓને જ મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવશે. કન્ટેઇન્મેન્ટ ઝોનની બહારના વિસ્તારોમાં અગાઉ પ્રતિબંધિત કરવામાં આવેલી તમામ પ્રવૃત્તિઓને તબક્કાવાર ફરી શરૂ કરવા માટે મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવશે જેમાં આરોગ્ય મંત્રાલય દ્વારા સૂચવવામાં આવેલ પ્રમાણભૂત પરિચાલન પ્રક્રિયા (SOP) નિયત કરવામાં આવશે.
પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ ‘મન કી બાત 2.0’ના 12 એપિસોડમાં સંબોધન કર્યું
‘મન કી બાત 2.0’ના 12મા એપિસોડમાં દેશવાસીઓને સંબોધન કરતા પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, કોરોના સામેની લડાઇ દેશમાં તમામ લોકોના સહિયારા પ્રયાસોથી આક્રમકતાપૂર્વક લડવામાં આવી રહી છે. તેમણે લોકોને વિનંતી કરી હતી કે, હવે અર્થતંત્રમાં મોટાભાગના વિભાગો ખુલ્લા કરવામાં આવ્યા હોવાથી કોવિડ-19 મહામારીને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને સૌએ વધુ સતર્ક અને સાવચેત રહેવાનું છે. તેમણે કહ્યું હતું કે, લોકોએ પૂરવાર કરી બતાવ્યું છે કે, સેવા અને બલિદાનના વિચારો માત્ર આપણા આદર્શો નથી; તે જીવન જીવવાની રીત છે. પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, કમ્યુનિટી, ઇમ્યુનિટી અને યુનિટી માટે યોગ ઉત્તમ છે. પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ દેશને નવી ઊંચાઈઓ પર લઇ જવા માટે ‘આત્મનિર્ભર ભારત’ અભિયાનમાં સહભાગી થવા માટે આહ્વાન કર્યું હતું. પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ એ બાબતનો ખાસ ઉલ્લેખ કર્યો હતો કે, વર્તમાન પેઢીને પાણી બચાવવા માટે તેમની જવાબદારી સમજાશે. તેમણે ભારપૂર્વક કહ્યું હતું કે, અત્યારે વરસાદી પાણીને બચાવવાની જરૂર છે અને કહ્યું કે, દરેક વ્યક્તિ જળ સંવર્ધન માટે અચૂકપણે તત્પર હોવી જ જોઇએ. તેમણે દરેક દેશવાસીઓને એવી પણ વિનંતી કરી હતી કે, આ ‘પર્યાવરણ દિવસ’ નિમિત્તે તેઓ કેટલાક વૃક્ષો રોપીને તેમજ પ્રકૃતિ સાથે દૈનિક સંબંધો આગળ વધારવા માટે કેટલાક સંકલ્પો કરીને પ્રકૃતિની સેવામાં સહભાગી બને.
મોદી 2.0 નું એક વર્ષ – આત્મનિર્ભર ભારત તરફ આગેકૂચ
ભારતના ઇતિહાસનો એક નિર્ણાયક તબક્કો અને નવા ભારતના પરોઢ સમાન છેલ્લા એક વર્ષમાં મોદી 2.0 સરકાર દ્વારા લેવામાં આવેલા વિવિધ નિર્ણયોનો વ્યાપર સારાંશ.
રેલવે મંત્રાલયે રાજ્ય સરકારોને વિનંતી કરી કે, શ્રમિક વિશેષ ટ્રેનો માટે તે પૂર્વાયોજન અને સંકલન પર વધુ ભાર મૂકે
રેલવે મંત્રાલય દ્વારા રાજ્ય સરકારોને વિનંતી કરવામાં આવી છે કે, તેઓ શ્રમિક વિશેષ ટ્રેન સંબંધિત પૂર્વાયોજન અને યોગ્ય સંકલન સુનિશ્ચિત કરે અને ફસાયેલા લોકોને રેલવેના માધ્યમથી મુસાફરી કરવા માટેની પ્રસ્તાવિત માંગણી માટે અગાઉથી યોગ્ય આયોજન થયું છે અને તે બાબતે તેમણે યોગ્ય નિર્ણય લીધેલો છે તેના પણ ધ્યાન આપે. રાજ્યો દ્વારા “શ્રમિક વિશેષ” ટ્રેનો માટે વધુ રેક મૂકવા માટે રેલવે તંત્ર સમર્થ છે ત્યારે સાથે સાથે, એવા પણ કેટલાક ઉદાહરણો સામે આવ્યા છે જેમાં મુસાફરોને સ્ટેશન પર લાવવામાં આવ્યા જ નથી અને સૂચિત કરવામાં આવેલી ટ્રેનોને રદ કરવાની નોબત આવી છે. કેટલાક રાજ્યો જે રાજ્યોમાંથી મુસાફરો મોકલવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે તેમને સંમતિ નથી આપી રહ્યા, તેના કારણે મોટી સંખ્યામાં તે રાજ્યોમાં વિસ્થાપિત શ્રમિકોના પરિવહનની કામગીરી અવરોધાય છે.
કોવિડ કટોકટીના સમય દરમિયાન ફાર્માસ્યુટિકલ ઉદ્યોગ જે પ્રકારે ઉભરી આવ્યો તેની શ્રી પીયૂષ ગોયલે પ્રશંસા કરી
વાણિજ્ય અને ઉદ્યોગ મંત્રી શ્રી પીયૂષ ગોયલે આજે ફાર્માસ્યુટિકલ ઉદ્યોગ અને ફાર્મ સંગઠનોના અગ્રણીઓ સાથે વીડિયો કોન્ફરન્સના માધ્યમથી વાર્તાલાપ કર્યો હતો. આ ચર્ચા દરમિયાન, શ્રી ગોયલે કોવિડના કટોકટીના સમયમાં પણ ફાર્માસ્યુકિલ ઉદ્યોગે ઉન્નત થઇને જે પ્રકારે દેશને ગૌરવ અપાવ્યું છે તે બદલ તેમની પ્રશંસા કરી હતી. તેમણે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, છેલ્લા બે મહિનામાં 120 દેશો આપણી પાસેથી આવશ્યક દવાઓનો પૂરવઠો મેળવી શક્યા હોવાથી દુનિયામાં ભારતને “ફાર્મસી ઓફ ધ વર્લ્ડ” તરીકે ગણવામાં આવે છે. 40 દેશમાં તો અનુદાન પેટે વિનામૂલ્યે ભારતે દવાનો જથ્થો આપ્યો છે. આખી દુનિયાએ ભારતની આ કામગીરીને બિરદાવી છે અને આનાથી દુનિયામાં ભારતની સદભાવના તેમજ પ્રતિષ્ઠામાં વધારો થયો છે. દેશમાં મુશ્કેલીના આ સમયમાં દવાની કોઇપણ પ્રકારે અછત ઉભી ના થાય તે સુનિશ્ચિત કરવા માટે ફાર્મા ઉદ્યોગે કરેલી અસામાન્ય કામગીરી બદલ મંત્રીશ્રીએ તેમની ખૂબ પ્રશંસા કરી હતી.
ભારતીય નૌસેના દ્વારા “સમુદ્ર સેતુ” ઓપરેશનનો આગમી તબક્કો શરૂ
વિદેશમાં ફસાયેલા ભારતીયોને વતનમાં પરત લાવવા માટેના “સમુદ્ર સેતુ”નો આગામી તબક્કો ભારતીય નૌસેના દ્વારા 1 જૂન 2020થી શરૂ કરવામાં આવી રહ્યો છે. આ તબક્કામાં, ભારતીય નૌસેનાનું જહાજ જલશ્વ શ્રીલંકાના કોલંબો ખાતેથી 700 ભારતીયોને લઇને તામિલનાડુમાં આવેલા તુતીકોરીન ખાતે તેમને ઉતારશે અને ત્યારબાદ માલદીવ્સના માલે ખાતેથી 700 ભારતીયોને લઇને તુતીકોરીન ખાતે તેમને લાવશે. ભારતીય નૌસેનાએ પહેલાંથી જ આ ઓપરેશનના અગાઉના તબક્કામાં 1,488 ભારતીયોને વતન પરત લાવવા માટે માલેથી કોચી પહોંચાડ્યા છે.

એક ભારત, શ્રેષ્ઠ ભારતની ભાવના ફેલાવવા માટે અને યુવાનોને તેમની મૂળભૂત ફરજો પ્રત્યે સંવેદનશીલ બનાવવા માટે, સેન્ટ્રલ યુનિવર્સિટી ઓફ પંજાબની EBSB ક્લબ દ્વારા “મૂળભૂત ફરજોનું સ્મરણ” નામથી એક ટુંકી વીડિયો ફિલ્મ રજૂ કરવામાં આવી
યુવાનોને તેમની મૂળભૂત ફરજો પ્રત્યે સંવેદનશીલ કરવા માટે પંજાબમાં ભટિંડા ખાતે આવેલી કેન્ટ્રલ યુનિવર્સિટી ઓફ પંજાબ દ્વારા “મૂળભૂત ફરજોનું સ્મરણ” વિષય સાથે એક ટુંકી વીડિયો ફિલ્મ રજૂ કરવામાં આવી છે. આ વીડિયોનો મૂળ ઉદ્દેશ્ય દરેક વ્યક્તિને દેશના એક જવાબદાર નાગરિક તરીકે તેમની બંધારણીય ફરજોનું પાલન કરવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવાનો, કોવિડ-19નો ફેલાવો નિયંત્રણમાં લેવા માટે સરકાર દ્વારા બહાર પાડવામાં આવેલી સુરક્ષાત્મક માર્ગદર્શિકાઓનું ચુસ્ત પાલન કરવા માટે દરેક વ્યક્તિને પ્રેરિત કરવાનો અને દરેક વ્યક્તિને “સંકલ્પ સે સિદ્ધિ તક” ચળવળમાં ભાગ લેવા માટે અપીલ કરવાનો છે. આ વીડિયોમાં CPUBની EBSB ક્લબના 28 વિદ્યાર્થી સ્વયંસેવકો દેશના અલગ અલગ 28 રાજ્યોનું પ્રતિનિધિત્વ કરીને તેમાં ભાગ લે છે અને તેમણે પોતપોતાના રાજ્યોની પ્રાદેશિક ભાષામાં મૂળભૂત ફરજોનો અનુવાદ કરીને તે રજૂ કરી છે.
ડૉ. જીતેન્દ્રસિંહે મોદી સરકાર 2.0ના 1 વર્ષ પૂર્ણ થવાના પ્રસંગે DARPGની સિદ્ધિઓ વર્ણવતી ઇ-પુસ્તિકાનું વિમોચન કર્યું
આ પ્રસંગે બોલતા ડૉ. જીતેન્દ્રસિંહે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, DARPG પ્રધાનમંત્રીની ગુડ ગવર્નન્સની દૂરંદેશી સાથે આગળ વધ્યો છે તેમજ તેમણે આપેલા રીફોર્મ, પરફોર્મ અને ટ્રાન્સફોર્મ મંત્રને અક્ષરશઃ અને પૂરા જુસ્સા સાથે અપનાવ્યો છે. ડૉ. જીતેન્દ્રસિંહે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, DARPG દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલા પદ્ધતિસર સુધારાની સફળતા કોવિડ-19 મહામારીના સમયગાળા દરમિયાન જોવા મળી હતી જેમાં કેટલાક મંત્રાલયો/ વિભાગો ઇ-ઓફિસનો ઉપયોગ કરીને કામમાં કોઇપણ પ્રકારના અવરોધ વગર ઘરેથી કામ કરી શક્યા હતા અને માત્ર 1.45 દિવસ પ્રતિ ફરિયાદના વિક્રમી સરેરાશ સમય સાથે કોવિડ-19 સંબંધિત 0.87 લાખ ફરિયાદોનું સમયસર નિવારણ લાવી શક્યા હતા.
ફિલ્ડ ઓફિસના ઇનપુટ્સ
- મહારાષ્ટ્ર: રાજ્યમાં નવા 2940 કેસ પોઝિટીવ નોંધાયા હોવાથી કોવિડ-19ના કુલ પોઝિટીવ કેસની સંખ્યા વધીને 65,168 થઇ ગઇ છે જેમાંથી 34,881 હાલમાં સક્રિય કેસ છે. હોટસ્પોટ મુંબઇમાં શનિવારના રોજ 1510 નવા દર્દીઓનો ચેપ લાગ્યો હોવાનો પોઝિટીવ રિપોર્ટ આવ્યો હતો. મહારાષ્ટ્ર સરકારે નિર્ણય લીધો છે કે, તેઓ મુંબઇમાં કોવિડના દર્દીઓની સારવાર કરવા માટે માનદ ધોરણે ડૉક્ટરો અને નર્સોની ભરતી કરશે. તેમને દર મહિને રૂપિયા 80,000 માનદ વેતન પેટે ચુકવવામાં આવશે.
- ગુજરાત: રાજ્યમાં નવા 412 કેસ પોઝિટીવ નોંધાયા હોવાથી કોવિડ-19ના કુલ પોઝિટીવ કેસનો આંકડો વધીને 16,356 સુધી પહોંચી ગયો છે. આમાંથી હાલમાં 6119 કેસ સક્રિય છે જેમાંથી 6057 કેસની સ્થિતિ સ્થિર છે અને 62 દર્દીઓને વેન્ટીલેટર પર રાખવામાં આવ્યા છે. છેલ્લા 24 કલાકમાં વધુ 27 દર્દીઓના મોત નીપજતા અત્યાર સુધીમાં કોવિડ-19ના કારણે મૃત્યુ પામનારા દર્દીઓની સંખ્યા 1,000નો આંકડો વટાવી ગઇ છે. અમદાવાદમાં 24 દર્દીઓ મૃત્યુ પામ્યા હતા જ્યારે ગાંધીનગર, બનાસકાંઠા અને મહેસાણામાં એક- એક દર્દીનું કોરોનાથી મૃત્યુ થયું હતું.
- મધ્યપ્રદેશ: મધ્યપ્રદેશમાં કોરોના વાયરસથી ચેપગ્રસ્ત વધુ 246 દર્દીઓ નોંધાતા કુલ પોઝિટીવ કેસ 7891 થયા હોવાની પુષ્ટિ થઇ છે જેમાંથી હાલમાં 3104 કેસ સક્રિય છે. મોટાભાગના નવા નોંધાયેલા કેસ (87 કેસ) રાજ્યના હોટસ્પોટ ઇન્દોરમાં મળી આવ્યા છે.
- રાજસ્થાન: આજે વધુ 76 લોકો કોરાનાના ચેપમાં આવી ગયા હોવાથી રાજ્યમાં કોવિડ-19ના કુલ પુષ્ટિ થયેલા પોઝિટીવ કેસની સંખ્યા વધીને 8693 થઇ ગઇ છે. નવા નોંધાયેલામાંથી મોટાભાગના કેસ જયપુરમાંથી હતા જ્યારે બીજા ક્રમે ઝાડાવાડ છે. મુખ્યમંત્રી અશોક ગેહલોતે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, સંખ્યાબંધ જિલ્લાઓમાં અન્ય રાજ્યોમાંથી વિસ્થાપિત શ્રમિકો ખૂબ મોટી સંખ્યામાં આવી રહ્યા હોવાથી કોરોના પોઝિટીવ કેસની સંખ્યામાં વધારો થયો છે પરંતુ સરપંચ અને ગ્રામ સેવકો સહિત ગ્રામ્ય અધિકારીઓ પરિસ્થિતિને સારી રીતે નિયંત્રણમાં લઇ રહ્યા છે.
- છત્તીસગઢ: આજે રાજ્યમાં કોવિડ-19થી ચેપગ્રસ્ત વધુ 32 કેસોનો રિપોર્ટ પોઝિટીવ આવ્યો છે. નવા નોંધાયેલામાંથી 16 કેસ જશપુર જિલ્લામાંથી, 12 કેસ મહાસમંદમાંથી, 2 કેસ કોર્બામાંથી અને એક એક કેસ રાયપુર તેમજ બિલાસપુરમાંથી નોંધાયા છે. છેલ્લા અપડેટ અનુસાર રાજ્યમાં 344 સક્રિય કેસ છે.
- કેરળ: લૉકડાઉનનો અમલ યથાવત રાખવામાં આવ્યો હોવાથી આંતરરાજ્ય પરિવહન કરવા માટે રાજ્યમાં નોંધણીની પ્રક્રિયા ચાલુ રહી શકે છે. પર્યટનમંત્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, જાહેર જનતાની સલામતીનો વિચાર કર્યા પછી જ કેન્દ્ર સરકાર દ્વારા સૂચવવામાં આવેલી લૉકડાઉનની છુટછાટોનો અમલ કરવામાં આવશે. મંત્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, જો કેન્દ્ર સરકારે ધાર્મિક સ્થળો ખોલવાનો નિર્ણય લીધો હોય તો સ્વાભાવિકપણે રાજ્ય સરકાર પણ સલામતીના માપદંડોનું પાલન કરીને તેમના નિર્ણયને અનુસરશે. સમગ્ર રાજ્યમાં સંપૂર્ણપણે લાગુ કરવામાં આવેલું લૉકડાઉન આજે પૂરું થયું છે. સ્થાનિક સંસ્થાઓ, સ્વયંસેવી સંગઠનો અને રહેવાસીઓના સંગઠનો સક્રિયપણે મુખ્યમંત્રી દ્વારા સ્વચ્છતા માટે કરવામાં આવેલા આહ્વાનમાં ભાગ લઇ રહ્યા છે જેથી દક્ષિણ- પશ્ચિમી ચોમાસાની શરૂઆત થાય તે પહેલાં જ વાયરલ બીમારીઓનો ફેલાવો રોકી શકાય. ગઇકાલે રાજ્યમાં કોવિડ-19ના વધુ 58 પોઝિટીવ કેસ નોંધાયા હતા; હાલમાં રાજ્યમાં સક્રિય કેસની સંખ્યા 624 છે. વધુ પાંચ સ્થળોને હોસ્ટસ્પોટ જાહેર કરવામાં આવતા કુલ સંખ્યા 106 થઇ ગઇ છે.
- તામિલનાડુ: બે મહિના પછી, તામિલનાડુમાં ચેન્નઇ શહેર, તિરુવલ્લુર, ચેંગલપટ્ટુ અને કાંચીપુરમ જિલ્લા સિવાયના વિસ્તારોમાં જાહેર પરિવહન સેવાઓ ફરી શરૂ કરવામાં આવશે. રાજ્યના માહિતી અને પ્રચાર મંત્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, OTT પ્લેટફોર્મ પર ફિલ્મો રીલિઝ કરવી એ સીનેઉદ્યોગ માટે ઠીક નથી. તામિલનાડુમાં સહકારી બેંકો નાના ઉદ્યોગોના માલિકોને રૂપિયા 50,000નું ધિરાણ આપશે. રાજ્યમાં ગઇકાલે 938 નવા પોઝિટીવ કેસ નોંધાયા છે જે અત્યાર સુધીમાં એક જ દિવસમાં નોંધાયેલા સૌથી વધુ કેસ છે; 616 કેસ માત્ર ચેન્નઇમાં નોંધાયા હતા. રાજ્યમાં હવે કુલ કેસની સંખ્યા: 21,184, સક્રિય કેસ: 9021, મૃત્યુ થયા: 160, સાજા થતા રજા આપવામાં આવી: 12,000, ચેન્નઇમાં સક્રિય કેસની સંખ્યા 6539 છે.
- કર્ણાટક: વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આવતીકાલથી ઑનલાઇન વર્ગો માટે લોગ ઇન કરશે; સંખ્યાબંધ શાળાઓએ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને યુનિફોર્મ પહેરવાની અને માતાપિતા સાથે લેક્ચરમાં લોગ ઇન કરવાની સૂચના આપી છે. રાયચુર જિલ્લામાં વરસાદના કારણે ફટકો પડતા રહેવાસીઓ સંઘર્ષનો સામનો કરી રહ્યા છે. કેન્દ્ર સરકારની માર્ગદર્શિકા પછી નવું શૈક્ષણિક કેલેન્ડર બહાર પાડવામાં આવશે તેમ કર્ણાટકના શિક્ષણમંત્રી એસ. સુરેશ કુમારે જણાવ્યું હતું. રાજ્યમાં ધાર્મિક સ્થળોએ પ્રાર્થના કરવા અંગે રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા નવા માપદંડો બહાર પાડવામાં આવ્યા છે. કર્ણાટકે ન્યૂઝીલેન્ડમાં ફસાયેલા એન્જિનિયરોને વતન પાછ લાવવા માટે કેન્દ્ર સરકારની મદદ માંગી છે. ગઇકાલે રાજ્યમાં 141 નવા કેસો પોઝિટીવ નોંધાયા છે રાજ્યમાં કુલ પોઝિટીવ કેસની સંખ્યા હવે 2922 થઇ છે, સક્રિય કેસ 1874 છે જ્યારે 49 દર્દી મૃત્યુ પામ્યા છે. અત્યાર સુધીમાં કુલ 994 દર્દીઓ સાજા થયા છે.
- આંધ્રપ્રદેશ: રાજ્યમાં યોગ્યતા ધરાવતા લોકો દ્વારા નોંધણી કરાવ્યા પછી પાંચ જ દિવસમાં તેમને પેન્શનની મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવશે. આ પ્રક્રિયા 1 જૂનથી શરૂ થશે. એન્ડોવમેન્ટ વિભાગે મંદિરમાં દર્શન માટે નિયમો ઘડ્યા છે. રાજ્યમાં છેલ્લા 24 કલાકમાં 9370 સેમ્પલનું પરીક્ષણ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે જેમાંથી 98 નવા પોઝિટીવ કેસ નોંધાયા છે જ્યારે બે દર્દીનું કોરોનાથી મૃત્યુ થયું છે. 43 દર્દી સાજા થતા તેમને રજા આપવામાં આવી છે. રાજ્યમાં કુલ કેસ: 3042, સક્રિય કેસ: 845, સાજા થયા: 2135, મૃત્યુ થયું: 62. અન્ય રાજ્યોમાંથી આવેલા વિસ્થાપિત લોકોમાંથી 418માં પોઝિટીવ રિપોર્ટ આવ્યો હતો જેમાંથી હાલમાં 221 કેસ સક્રિય છે જ્યારે છેલ્લા 24 કલાકમાં આઠ દર્દી સાજા થતા તેમને રજા આપવામાં આવી છે. વિદેશથી આવેલામાંથી કુલ 111 દર્દીઓ હાલમાં પોઝિટીવ છે.
- તેલંગાણા: હૈદરાબાદમાં કેટલીક શાળાઓ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ 2020-21 માટે ઑનલાઇન વર્ગોની શરૂઆત કરી રહી છે તે સાથે, માતાપિતા મુશ્કેલીમાં મુકાયા છે કારણ કે તેમણે વાર્ષિક ટ્યુશન ફી ચુકવવા ઉપરાંત પોતાના સંતાનો માટે નવા ઉપકરણો ખરીદવાનો વધારાનો બોજ ઉઠાવવો પડશે. લૉકડાઉનની શરૂઆત થઇ ત્યારથી અત્યાર સુધીમાં હૈદરાબાદમાં નવ બાળકોને માતાપિતા દ્વારા ત્યજી દેવામાં આવ્યા છે. રાજ્યમાં 30 મેના રોજ પોઝિટીવ કેસની સંખ્યા 2499 છે. અત્યાર સુધીમાં 431 વિસ્થાપિતો અને વિદેશથી આવેલા લોકોમાં પોઝિટીવ ટેસ્ટ આવ્યો છે.
- પંજાબ: રાજ્યના મુખ્યમંત્રીએ વધુ 4 ચાર અઠવાડિયા સુધી લૉકડાઉન લંબાવીને 30 જૂન સુધી તેનો અમલ રહેશે તેવી જાહેરાત કરી છે જેમાં કેન્દ્ર સરકારની માર્ગદર્શિકાને આધીન કેટલીક વધુ છુટછાટો આપવામાં આવી છે. મુખ્યમંત્રીએ સ્પષ્ટતા કરી હતી કે, સામાજિક અંતરનું પાલન, માસ્ક પહેરવું વગેરે કોવિડ સામેની સલામતીના માપદંડોના ચુસ્ત પાલનની શરત સાથે પંજાબમાં લૉકડાઉન લંબાવવામાં આવ્યું છે અને ગરીબોમાં વિનામૂલ્યે માસ્કનું વિતરણ કરવાનો પણ તેમણે આદેશ આપ્યો છે. તેમણે અન્ન અને નાગરિક પૂરવઠા મંત્રીને નિર્દેશો આપ્યા હતા કે, જેઓ માસ્ક ખરીદવા માટે સમર્થ નથી તેવા જરૂરિયાતમંદ અને ગરીબ લોકોમાં રેશનકીટના ભાગરૂપે તાત્કાલિક ધોરણે માસ્કનું વિતરણ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવામાં આવે.
- હરિયાણા: કોવિડ-19 મહામારી દરમિયાન સકારાત્મક ભૂમિકા નિભાવતા હરિયાણા રાજ્ય ઔદ્યોગિક અને ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર વિકાસ નિગમે રોકાણકારોને લીઝ પર આપેલી જમીન, પ્રારંભિક ધોરણે ખૂબ જ ઓછા મૂડી રોકાણ સાથે, કેટલીક શરતો અને નિયમો પૂરા કર્યા પછી ફ્રીહોલ્ડમાં રૂપાંતરિત કરી આપવા માટે નીતિ તૈયાર કરી છે. કામદારોને જાળવી રાખવા માટે ઓછામાં ઓછા ખર્ચે તેમને રહેણાંક સુવિધાઓ ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવા માટે, એક એકર અથવા વધુ વિસ્તારમાં ઔદ્યોગિક આવાસ માટે FARમાં 10 ટકા વૃદ્ધિની જોગવાઇ કરવામાં આવી છે. HSIIDC દ્વારા IMT માનેસર તેમજ સોનીપતમાં કુંડલી ખાતે રહેણાક એકમો અને ઇન્ડસ્ટ્રિઅલ એસ્ટેટમાં ઔદ્યોગિક કામકાદારો માટે શયનગૃહો તૈયાર કરવામાં આવ્યા છે.
- અરુણાચલ પ્રદેશ: તાજેતરમાં નોંધાયેલા બીજા પોઝિટીવ કેસના સંપર્કમાં આવેલા તમામ 26 પ્રાઇમરી અને સેકન્ડરી સંપર્કોના ટેસ્ટ નેગેટીવ આવ્યા છે. પોઝિટીવ એસિમ્પ્ટોમેટિક કેસ રાજ્યમાં નોંધાતા કુલ સક્રિય કેસની સંખ્યા હવે 3 થઇ ગઇ છે.
- આસામ: 22 દર્દીઓમાં કોવિડ-19 રિપોર્ટ બે વખત નેગેટીવ આવતા તેમને હોસ્પિટલમાંથી રજા આપવામાં આવી છે. અત્યાર સુધીમાં કુલ 185 દર્દીઓ સાજા થતા રજા આપવામાં આવી છે જ્યારે 1080 સક્રિય કેસો સારવાર હેઠળ છે.
- મણીપૂર: દેશના અલગ અલગ ભાગોમાંથી 19,000થી વધુ મણીપૂરી લોકોને ટ્રેનના માધ્યમથી જિરીબામ રેલવે સ્ટેશને લાવવામાં આવ્યા છે અને તેમને બસ દ્વારા તેમના સંબંધિત જિલ્લા સુધી પહોંચાડવામાં આવ્યા છે. ઇમ્ફાલ વેસ્ટમાં લામડેંગ ખાતે આવેલા વાંગથોઇરાબા આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય પ્રાર્થના કેન્દ્ર દ્વારા બસના ડ્રાઇવરો અને તેમના હેલ્પરોને માસ્ક, હેન્ડ સેનિટાઇઝર અને હાથમોજાંનું વિતરણ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.
- મિઝોરમ: કર્ણાટકથી વિશેષ ટ્રેન દ્વારા આવેલા તમામ ત્રણ મુસાફરોના સેમ્પલનો કોવિડ-19નો ટેસ્ટ નેગેટીવ આવ્યો છે.
- નાગાલેન્ડ: દીમાપુર જતી નાગાલેન્ડ ડોમેસ્ટિક ફ્લાઇટ “સ્લોટ અવરોધ”ના કારણે રદ કરવામાં આવી હતી, આવતીકાલથી ફરી શરૂ થાય તેવી શક્યતા છે. નાગાલેન્ડમાં વોખાના DCએ જિલ્લામાં ટ્રાફિક માટે ઇવન-ઓડ નંબરના નિયમનું પાલન કરવાનો આદેશ આપ્યો છે. ઓડ (એકી) નંબરના વાહનો સોમવાર, બુધવાર અને શુક્રવારે ચલાવી શકાશે જ્યારે ઇવન (બેકી) નંબરના વાહનો મંગળવાર, ગુરુવાર અને શનિવારે ચલાવી શકાશે.
- સિક્કિમ: સિક્કિમના ગૃહ વિભાગે રાજ્યના વાણિજ્ય અને ઉદ્યોગો વિભાગને પત્ર લખીને રાજ્યમાં કામ કરતા બિન-સિક્કિમી કર્મચારીઓને રાજ્યમાં પાછા લાવવા માટે સુવિધા કરી આપવા જણાવ્યું છે.
- ત્રિપુરા: મુખ્યમંત્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ત્રિપુરામાં લારી ખેંચનારા ગૌતમ દાસ એવા સંખ્યાબંધ લોકો માટે પ્રેરણારૂપ છે જેમણે લૉકડાઉનના સમય દરમિયાન લોકોની સેવા માટે પોતાની બચત ખર્ચી છે. મન કી બાત કાર્યક્રમમાં પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ ગૌતમ દાસના પ્રયાસોની પ્રશંસા કરી હતી.

UPDATES ON COVID-19 FROM THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE-RECOVERY RATE INCREASES TO 47.76%
In the last 24 hours, 4,614 patients were found cured. A cumulative total of 86,983 people has been cured. This takes the total recovery rate to 47.76%. The number of cases under active medical supervision as of today is 89,995.
New Guidelines to fight COVID-19 to be effective from 1st June 2020
Union Ministry of Home Affairs has issued new guidelines to fight COVID-19 and for phased re-opening of areas outside the Containment Zones. The guidelines would come into effect from June 1, 2020 and would be effective till June 30, 2020. The current phase of re-opening, Unlock 1, will have an economic focus. The new guidelines have been issued based on extensive consultations held with States and UTs. Lockdown measures would continue to be implemented strictly in the containment zones. These will be demarcated by the State/ UT Governments, after taking into consideration the guidelines issued by the Health Ministry. Within the containment zones, strict perimeter control shall be maintained and only essential activities allowed. All activities that were prohibited earlier would be opened up in areas outside Containment Zones in a phased manner, with the stipulation of following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to be prescribed by the Health Ministry

Railway Ministry has requested State Governments to ensure proper planning and coordination about Shramik Trains and see that projected demand for movement of stranded persons by rail mode is well chalked out and determined.While Railways have been able to place rakes on demand by States for “Shramik Specials”, there have been several instances where the passengers have not been brought to the station and notified trains have been cancelled. Some of the States have also not been giving consent to the sending States, preventing transportation of a large number of migrant labour for those States

Indian Navy Commences Next Phase of Operation “SamudraSetu”
The next phase of Operation “SamudraSetu” to repatriate Indian citizens from overseas will commence on 01 June 2020.In this phase, Indian Navy Ship Jalashwa will repatriate 700 personnel from Colombo, Republic of Sri Lanka to Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu and subsequently repatriate another 700 personnel from Malè, Republic of Maldives to Tuticorin.Indian Navy has already repatriated 1,488 Indian nationals from Malè to Kochi during the previous phase of operations.

To sensitize the youth about our fundamental duties, the Central University of Punjab Bathinda, Punjab have released a Short Video titled “A Reminder on Fundamental Duties”. The Objective of this Video is to encourage everyone to adhere to our statutory duties as responsible citizens, to motivate every person to follow preventive guidelines issued by the government to combat the spread of COVID-19, and to appeal one and all to be a part of “Sankalp Se Sidhi Ki Aur” Movement. In this video, 28 CUPB EBSB Club student volunteers representing 28 different states across the country participated and translated fundamental duties in regional languages of their respective states.

Maharashtra: 2,940 new cases have been reported, taking the state tally of Covid-19 to 65,168, out of which 34,881 are active cases. Hotspot Mumbai has reported 1510 new infections on Saturday.Maharashtra Government has decided to hire doctors and nurses on honorarium basis for treatment of Covid patients in Mumbai. They will be paid Rs 80,000 p.m. honorarium.
Gujarat:With the report of 412 new cases, the total number of affected people with Covid19 in the state has gone up to 16356. Out of 6119 active cases, the conditions of 6057 people are stable while 62 are on ventilator support in the state. The death toll due to Covid-19 has crossed 1,000 mark with 27 new deaths reported during last 24 hours. 24 people died in Ahmedabad while one death each was reported from Gandhinagar, Banaskantha and Mehsana.
Madhya Pradesh:246 new infections have been reported taking the state tally of COVID-19 to 7891, out of 3104 are active cases. Most of these new cases (87 in number) have been reported from hotspot Indore.
Rajasthan:76 new infections have been reported today, taking the state tally of COVID-19 positive cases to 8693. Most of these new infections have been reported from Jaipur, followed by Jhalawar. CM Ashok Gehlot has said that corona positive cases have increased in many districts with influx of migrants, but village officials includingSarpanchs and Gram Sevaks have been handling the situation well.
Chhattisgarh:32 new COVID-19 positive cases have been reported in the state today. 16 of these new cases are from Jashpur district, 12 from Mahasamund, 2 from Korba and one each from Raipur and Bilaspur. There are 344 active cases in the state as per the latest update.
Kerala: Registration may continue for inter-state travel as the lockdown is extended. Tourism Minister has said that the lockdown relaxations suggested by the central government will be implemented only after considering the safety of the public. The Minister said that if the Centre decides to open religious places of worship, the state government would naturally follow the same while following the safety protocols. The total lockdown being enforced today is complete throughout the state. Local bodies, voluntary organisations and residents’ associations are actively participating in the Cleanliness drive as per CM’s call to check spread of viral diseases ahead of south west monsoon. 58 positive cases reported yesterday; number of active cases is now 624. Five new places have been declared as hotspots taking the total to 106.
Tamil Nadu: After two months, public transportation to resume in TN from Monday except in Chennai city, Tiruvallur, Chengalpattu and Kancheepuram districts. State Information and Publicity Minister says releasing movies on OTT platform unhealthy for the cine industry. Telangana: With several private schools in Hyderabad set to commence online classes for academic year 2020-21, parents are in a fix as they have to invest in new devices for their children, in addition to paying the annual tuition fees. Nine babies abandoned in Hyderabad since lockdown began. Positive cases in the State as on 30th May are 2499. As on date 431 migrants and foreign evacuees tested positive.
Punjab: Chief Minister announced a 4-week extension in the lockdown in Punjab, till June 30, with more relaxations, subject to the guidelines of the central government. Making it clear that the extension of the lockdown in Punjab would be conditional to strict adherence to Covid safety protocols, including physical distancing and wearing of masks, the Chief Minister also ordered distribution of free masks to the poor. He directed Food & Civil Supplies Minister to ensure immediate steps for the distribution of masks as part of ration kits to the needy and poor, who could not afford to purchase them.
Haryana: Playing a positive role during the COVID-19 pandemic, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation has drafted a policy to convert land leased out to investors, on very low capital investment initially, into freehold after fulfilling some terms and conditions. To provide residential facilities at the minimum cost to workers in order to retain them, a provision of an increase of 10 percent has been made in FAR for industrial residence in an area of one acre or more. HSIIDC has prepared residential units and dormitories for industrial workers in IMT Manesar and Industrial Estate, Kundli in Sonipat.
Arunachal Pradesh: All 26 primary & secondary contacts of the recent 2nd COVID19 positive case tested negative. With a positive asymptomatic case detected in the State, the active positive cases now stand at 3.
Assam: 22 patients have been discharged after they tested negative for COVID19 twice. Total discharged patients 185 and active cases 1080.
Manipur: Over 19,000 Manipuri people have been brought to Jiribam railway station by special trains from different parts of the country and sent to their respective districts by buses.Wangthoiraba International Worship Centre, Lamdeng, Imphal West distributed masks, hand sanitizers and hand gloves to bus drivers and their helpers.
Mizoram: All samples of the returnees from Karnataka who travelled in special train tested COVID19 negative.
Nagaland: Nagaland Domestic flights to Dimapurcancelled due to “slot constraint”, likely to resume from tomorrow. DC Wokha, in Nagaland orders odd-even number traffic rule in the district. Vehicle with odd numbers to ply on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, and those ending with even numbers on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
Sikkim: The Sikkim Home Department has written a letter to State Commerce and Industries Department to facilitate the process of bringing back non-Sikkimese employees working in the state.
