Doubling rate of COVID-19 cases has raised to 24.84 days in Gujarat

The doubling rate of Covid-19 cases has raised to 24.84 days from 16 days reported 15 days’ back.

Total 410 patients have been discharged today. Which include 327 patients from Ahmedabad, 30 from Surat, 11 from Vadodara, 08 from Patan, 06 from Bhavnagar, 05 from Surendranagar, 4-4each from Dahod, Gandhinagar and Valsad, 3 from Kheda, 2 from Mehsana, 1-1 each from Aravalli, Gir Somnath, Junagadh, Kutch, Panchmahal and Rajkot.

A total of 7547 patients have been discharged from a hospital treating with eminence treatment.

Today a total of 376 new cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the state, which include 256 in Ahmedabad, 34 in Surat, 29 in Vadodara, 14 in Mahisagar, 10 in Valsad, 06 in Sabarkantha, 05 in Gandhinagar, 04 in Navsari, 03 in Rajkot, 2-2 cases each in Anand, Patan, Kutch as well other states, 1-1 case each in Bhavnagar, Mehsana, Panchmahal, Botad, Chota Udaipur, Porbandar and Amreli. A total of 6720 are active cases in the state as of now.

A total of 23 cases of deceased patients have been reported today which include 19 from Ahmedabad,02 from Surat, 1-1 each from Mahisagar and Vadodara. A total of 938 cases of deceased patients have been reported till date.

A total of 1,93,863 tests of COVID-19 have been conducted in different hospitals.

Total 3,52,319 individuals have been quarantined in various districts of the state. Out of which 3,43,027 are home quarantined and 9292 are in facility quarantine.
