3 years imprisonment
Anil Jaisukh Hathinarayan of Sendrada village of Mahwa taluk, who was the main fake doctor of Mahwa main shelter, was caught in 2011. Jessore Principal Civil Court set an example in the society and therefore gave the maximum punishment of 3 years.
The case was registered under IPC 419 and Section 30 of Gujarat Medical Practitioner Act.

Gujarat Medical Association

Government’s responsibility
According to available data, per capita expenditure on health in Gujarat is Rs 270.
