Gujarat made the Guinness Book of World Records by setting a world record in skating

Ahmedabad, 9 March 2020

The national level non-stop skating competition was held from October 1 to November 3. Competitors from all over the country participated. Ankleshwar’s DA Anandpura Sports Complex coach Hemang Soni and students Rudra Rawal, Jia Shah, Anushree Gauswamy, Krish Patel and Hemashu Patel participated in the competition. All the contestants have made the Guinness Book of World Records non-stop skating.

Students from Eder Netramali and Dungari village (present-Ankleshwar), Himanshu Chetanbhai Patel and Krish Pinakinbhai Patel, have made world-class skating in the competition held at Seva Ganga Skating Roller Club at Belgaum, Karnataka. In which, Netramali and Himanshu Patel of Dungri as well as Krish Patel participated in the Guinness Book of World for non-stop skating for 8 hours along with other competitors. Ankleshwar: Students set world record in non-stop skating
Students, including coaches of the Anandeshwara-based DA Anandpura Sports Complex in Bharuch district, have taken part in the Guinness Book World Record in Karnataka and made a name for the entire district.
