[:en]Through his advocate Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has given reply on 20/12/2018 to the legal notices served on him by Congress spokes person and in charge of Bihar unit of Congress party Shaktisinh Gohil that he has not released news against Shaktisinh nor managed the release in any way. As per the instructions of the Chief Minister his lawyer in the reply has also stated “Our client had no intension to cause any damage to your prestige”.

On 16/10/2018 newspaper  in Gujarat had published statement in the name of Gujarat Chief Minister that Congress in charge of Bihar Shaktisinh Gohil was responsible for attacks on people of other states in Gujarat. With reference to this Shaktisinh Gohil had served preliminary notice on 18/10/2018 and final notice on 10/12/2018 demanding an explanation from him and in case he failed to do so he had threatened of civil and criminal action against him. Gohil had also written to CM that BJP MLAs, leaders and workers were directly responsible for attack on outsiders in Gujarat and he had given evidence of this also.

In reply to the notices of Shaktisinh Gohil the lawyer of Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has replied on 20/12/2018 as per his instructions in which he has clarified that Chief Minister had neither released nor managed such news and Chief Minister had no intention to damage my prestige. With this the matter is close.[:]
