No bed in Mumbai hospital

Mumbai: Maharashtra has been hit the hardest by the coronavirus across the country. Mumbai also has the highest number of coronary positive patients in the state. Despite the dire situation, the negligence here is not going away. Patients are lying on the floor due to lack of beds in the hospital.

Posting a video, Ghatkopar BJP MLA Ram Kadam said that there were no beds in Mumbai’s hospitals and people with corona were lying in their homes. In any hospital in Mumbai whether it is private, government or BMC. Bed is not available. There is neither oxygen, nor a ventilator. Nothing found.

BJP MLA Ram Kadam said, “Yesterday, after trying for many hours, I was able to get the patients admitted. But the 65-year-old patient has not yet found a bed at KEM Hospital. Now 15 days later, do people fighting death at home have to die? ‘

Notably, a surprise video of Mumbai’s Sion Hospital has recently gone viral. The viral video showed several patients lying on beds in a hospital ward. The corpses of Corona positive patients were also placed on the ward bed in black plastic bags among the patients. Some of the bodies were covered with cloth. The video showed bodies being kept among patients in the ward.

Corona virus has taken a serious form in Maharashtra. Now, because of the corona, 100 people are dying every 2 days. 27 thousand 524 cases of Kovid-19 have been reported in the state, while the death toll has crossed 10 thousand and reached 1019. Meanwhile, lockdown in hotspot areas has been extended till May 31 in view of the deteriorating situation from Corona. The same is likely to happen in Gujarat.
