Pressure on Panjrapola’s 800 crore land in Vadodara

Ganotiya occupied the land owned by Vadodara Panjrapola Trust on the outskirts of Virod village near Vadodara city. Panjrapola Trust filed a suit in the civil court. The court accepted the claim and ordered to hand over the possession of 2 lakh 50 thousand square feet of land to Panjrapola. In two cases, lands worth Rs. 30 crore have been returned. Still 600 acres of land have been occupied by crazy people.

There are 43560 square feet of land in one acre. Here the price of one piece is Rs 300 per article. Land worth 780 to 800 crores. It is one kilometer away from Vadodara. Where after five years the price of this land will be Rs. Builders are looking at the possibility of going up to 1500 crores.

Panjrapola has 6 thousand acres of land around Virod village. Most of which has been illegally occupied by the Ganotiya people. Many cases are going on in the civil court in this matter. Of these, Panjrapol was victorious in one case in July. The court handed over the possession of 7 lakh square feet of land to Panjrapol. 7 lakh square feet i.e. 16 acres of land of survey number 3 has been returned.

Another case was against Vitthalbhai Becharbhai’s heirs Jeevanbhai Vitthalbhai, Manubhai Dulabhai and Jashubhai Dulabhai (all live in Ganpatpura, District Waghodiya). Vadodara Civil Court Judge MM Qureshi gave the verdict in favor of Panjrapola. It was decided to hand over the possession of 2 lakh 50 thousand feet of land to Panjrapol.

The estimated cost at current market price is Rs. 8 crores. Last month Panjrapol got possession of 7 lakh feet of land. Its estimated cost is Rs. 21 crores, thus in one month Panjrapol has been returned land worth Rs. 30 crores.
