[:gj]NGMA દ્વારા પ્રથમ વખત કાયમી સંગ્રહની વર્ચ્યુઅલ ટૂરનો પ્રારંભ કરાયો
નોવલ કોરોના વાયરસ (કોવિડ-19)ના જોખમના કારણે સમગ્ર ભારતમાં 21 દિવસ સુધી લૉકડાઉનનો અમલ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. સંસ્કૃતિ મંત્રાલય અંતર્ગત આવતા તમામ સંગ્રહાલયો અને પુસ્તકાલયો પણ આ લૉકડાઉનમાં આગામી આદેશ સુધી જાહેર જનતા માટે બંધ રાખવામાં આવ્યા છે. આ અભૂતપૂર્વ સંજોગો વચ્ચે લોકો રાષ્ટ્રીય મોડર્ન આર્ટ ગેલેરીનો કાયમી સંગ્રહ જોવા માટે તેની મુલાકાત લઇ શકતા નથી.
વર્તમાન પરિદૃશ્યમાં NGMA દ્વારા તેના 66માં સ્થાપના દિવસ (29.03.2020) નિમિત્તે પોતાના કાયમી સંગ્રહની વર્ચ્યુઅલ ટૂરનો શુભારંભ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે જેથી આ દિવસોમાં લોકો પ્રત્યક્ષરૂપે સ્થળ પર આવ્યા વગર પણ NGMAનો આ સંગ્રહ નિહાળી શકે છે. લૉકડાઉનની આ પરિસ્થિતિ વચ્ચે NGMA દ્વારા પ્રથમ વખત તેના કાયમી સંગ્રહની વર્ચ્યુઅલ ટૂરનો પ્રારંભ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. NGMAના મહા નિદેશક શ્રી અદ્વિતા ગડનાયકે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, આ કાયમી સંગ્રહ તેના ભંડારને આ સંસ્થાના ગતિશીલ અને પ્રગતિશીલ સામૂહિક કૌશલ્ય તરીકે પ્રતિબિંબિત કરે છે. તેમણે ઉમેર્યું હતું કે, NGMAની વર્ચ્યુઅલ ટૂરમાં ઉજાગર કરવા અને તેના પણ વિચાર કરવા જેવી સંખ્યાબંધ બાબતો સમાવી લેવામાં આવી છે.
NGMAના મહા નિદેશકે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, વિઝ્યુઅલ ટૂરમાં સમાવવામાં આવેલા શિલ્પો, ચિત્રો અને છાપ અમારા અનામત સંગ્રહનો ગુપ્ત ખજાનો બતાવે છે. તેમણે કહ્યું હતું કે, NGMA આ વિઝ્યુઅલ ટૂરને આપણા આધુનિક નિષ્ણાતોને અંજલી તરીકે રજૂ કરે છે અને દૃઢતાપૂર્વક માને છે કે, આનાથી લોકોમાં શિલ્પ, ચિત્રો અને છાપોના વારસા પ્રત્યે એક રચનાત્મક માધ્યમ તરીકે ખૂબ જ રુચિ જાગશે. અહીં આપેલી લિંક પરથી વર્ચ્યૂઅલ ટૂર કરી શકાશે.[:en]Delhi, 30 MAR 2020
In the wake of NOVEL CORONA VIRUS (COVID-2019), India is following lock down for 21 days. The Museums and Libraries under Ministry of Culture are closed for public access till further orders due to which people are not able to visit National Gallery of Modern Art to see its permanent collection.
In the present scenario, on the eve of 66th Foundation Day (29.03.2020), NGMA launched Virtual Tour of itits permanent collection for the visitors to enjoy without having to physically visit the Museum during these days. It is for the first time that NGMA has provided the facility of virtual tour of its permanent collection to art lovers. Director General, NGMA Shri Adwaita Gadanayak said that the permanent collection reflects its repository as an institution of dynamic and progressive collective acumen. NGMA’S virtual tour has plenty to explore and ponder over, he added.
DG, NGMA said that the sculptures, paintings and prints in the visual tour are a step further to showcase the hidden treasures of our reserve collection. He said that NGMA presents this visual tour as a tribute to our modern masters and firmly believe that this would generate greater interest among people towards the legacy of sculptures, paintings and prints as a creative medium. वर्तमान परिदृश्य में, अपने 66 वें स्थापना दिवस (29मार्च2020) की पूर्व संध्या पर, एनजीएमए ने लाकडाउन की अवधि के दौरान आगंतुकों के लिए भौतिक रूप से संग्रहालय का दौरा किए बिना उसके संग्रहों का आनंद लेने के लिए वर्चुअल टूर यानी आभासीय दौरा करने की सुविधा शुरू की है। यह पहली बार है जब असाधारण परिस्थितियों में एनजीएमए ने कला प्रेमियों को अपने स्थायी संग्रह के आभासी दौरे की सुविधा प्रदान की है। संग्रहालय के महानिदेशक, श्री अद्वैत गडनायक ने कहा कि एनजीएमए के इस वचुर्अल टूर में देखने और विचार करने लायक बहुत कुछ है।
संग्रहालय के महानिदेशक ने कहा कि इस वर्चुअल टूर में प्रदर्शित मूर्तियां, पेंटिंग और प्रिंट हमारे संग्रहित वस्तुओं के छिपे हुए खजाने को दिखाने की ओर उठाया गया एक अगला कदम हैं।उन्होंने कहा कि एनजीएमए का यह वर्चुअल टूर आधुनिक कला के महारथियों लिए एक श्रद्धांजलि है और एनजीएमए का यह दृढ़ विश्वास है कि यह रचनात्मक माध्यम के रूप में मूर्तियों, चित्रों और प्रिंट की विरासत के प्रति लोगों में अधिक रुचि पैदा करेगा। वर्चुअल टूर का लिंक नीचे दिया गया है।[:]
