Modi took 170 cases to eliminate Kejriwal, Kejriwal won in 140 cases

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Wednesday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi wants to destroy the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). False cases are being filed against our MLAs and leaders. So far 170 cases have been registered against us. 140 decisions came in our favor. Not a single money scam was found.

Kejriwal said- Fake case is going on against AAP leaders. Our senior leaders are being arrested continuously for two years. ED has no evidence against Manish Sisodia. They arrested Sanjay Singh and raided the house of Amanatullah Khan. Not a single money scam was found. Corrupt leaders are joining BJP.

PM has spoiled the atmosphere of the country
Kejriwal accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of spoiling the atmosphere of the country. Kejriwal said- There is arrogance in Modi’s behavior and words. Everyone is afraid of him. The Prime Minister is making every possible effort to crush AAP. As soon as our government came in 2015, Shunglu Committee was formed, 400 files were investigated but no irregularities were found. Till now nothing has been found against us in any decision.

AAP’s allegation- ED took Sanjay Singh to unknown place twice
Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court on Wednesday extended the remand of Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, arrested in the liquor policy scam, by 3 days. After completion of five-day remand, ED produced him again in the special court on Tuesday.

While extending the remand, the court also ordered that ED cannot take Sanjay Singh anywhere without informing the court. Actually your allegation was that the investigating agency took Sanjay to an unknown place twice. After this Sanjay asked who would be responsible if they had an encounter.

Accused of harassing Sanjay Singh’s family
AAP MLA Dilip Pandey said in the press conference on Wednesday – His party is thankful to the court that the court has written in clear words that Sanjay Singh cannot be taken anywhere without permission and there will be no restriction on the timing of the meeting. ED is following some rules of BJP, otherwise why would the court give such a clear written statement.

Pandey said- Who is sitting at the top of ED who makes baseless arrests? Sanjay Singh ji’s family is also being mentally tortured. The time to meet the family is 6-7 pm but the family has to wait for a long time.

Three senior AAP leaders arrested
At present, three big leaders of Aam Aadmi Party are in custody and in jail in two different cases. These leaders are – Satyendra Jain in Tihar jail in disproportionate assets and money laundering case, Manish Sisodia in CBI custody in liquor policy scam and Sanjay Singh in ED custody. Liquor policy is a scam.

On May 31, 2022, former Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain was arrested by ED. The arrest was made on the basis of an FIR registered by the CBI on August 24, 2017. The allegation was that Jain had allegedly created or purchased several fake companies in Delhi. He has collected Rs. Black money worth Rs 16.39 crore was also transferred.

He was sent to Tihar Jail. Due to health reasons, Satyendra Jain is on interim bail till October 8. His bail application is to be heard in the Supreme Court on October 9.

Former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia was arrested by ED on March 10. Earlier on 26 February, he was arrested by CBI. Both the agencies have made Sisodia an accused in the Delhi liquor scam case. CBI has charged Sisodia under the Anti-Corruption Act and ED under the Money Laundering Act.

Sanjay Singh’s name is also in the charge sheet of the product policy case. He was arrested on October 4 on charges of money laundering. ED had added Sanjay Singh’s name in its charge sheet in January this year. In fact, accused Dinesh Arora, who became a government witness in the liquor policy scam, has said that there was a meeting of Sanjay Singh and bar-restaurant owners of Delhi in his restaurant.

Amanatullah Khan: Three FIRs have been registered under PMLA
On October 10, under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), searches were conducted at 13 locations in Delhi linked to AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan and his associates. The search was conducted in a case related to illegal recruitment of employees in Delhi Waqf Board and illegal personal gain by Amanatullah Khan by wrongly leasing out Waqf Board properties during his chairmanship of Delhi Waqf Board during 2018-2022.

After the role of Amanatullah Khan and his associates came to light, Delhi Police registered three more FIRs, which are being investigated by ED. Investigation revealed that Amanatullah Khan had obtained huge amounts of cash from criminal activities and had used this cash to purchase various immovable properties in Delhi in the name of his associates. Several criminal records and evidence seized revealed his role in money laundering.
