ભારતના 7માં સૌથી મોટા વિમાન મથક સરકાર પટેલ આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય હવાઈ મથક છે. કમાણી કરતું અમદાવાદ હવાઈ મથક અદાણીને મોદી સરકારે આપી દીધું છે. અમદાવાદમાં 12 જૂન, 2025ના રોજ બનેલી વિમાન ક્રેશની દુર્ઘટનામાં મોટી જાનહાનિ થયા બાદ સુરક્ષાના ઘણાં છીંડા શોધી કઢાયા છે. અમદાવાદમાં 333 ઈમારતો, ટાવર, વૃક્ષો વિમાનને ઉતરવા અને ચઢવા નડતરૂપ છે. અમદાવાદની નવી સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલ ગેરકાયદે ઉભી કરી દેવામાં આવી છે. સિવિલ હોસ્પિટ કે જ્યાં વિમાન તૂટી પડ્યું હતું તે વિમાનોના માર્ગ પર 7 મીટર ઊંચી છે. આમ સિવિલ હોસ્ટિલ પોતે વિમાનના ટકરાવ માટે જવાબદાર ઠરી શકે તેમ છે.
અમદાવાદની 333 ઊંચા સ્થળો કે જેની વિગતો એરપોર્ટ સત્તા મંડળે નાગરિક ડોમીન પરથી હઠાવી લઈને વિગતો છૂપાવી છે. અમદાવાદની 333 ઉંચી ઈમારતો અંગે દરેક વિમાન ચાલકને વિગતો આપવી ફરજિયાત છે પણ તેમને આવી વિગતો આપવામાં આવતી નથી. જો આ જોખમ અંગે વિમાન ચાલકને વિગતો આપવામાં આવે તો પાયલોટ વિમાન ઉડાવવાનો ઈન્કાર કરી શકે છે.
અમદાવાદના સરદાર વલ્લભભાઈ પટેલ આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય હવાઈ મથકની આસપાસ ઊંચી ઇમારતો, ટાવરો અને વૃક્ષો વિમાનોના ઉડ્ડયન અને ઉતરાણ માટે ગંભીર જોખમ ઉભું કરી રહ્યાં છે. આ મુદ્દે દાયકાઓથી લડત આપી રહેલા સ્થાનિક નાગરિક વિશ્વાસ ભામ્બૂરકર બિલ્ડરો અને સત્તાધીશોના ગેરકાયદે બાંધકામોના કૌભાંડનો પર્દાફાશ કર્યો છે. તેમના આરોપો અનુસાર, એરપોર્ટ ઓથોરિટી ઓફ ઇન્ડિયા (AAI)ની મંજૂરીનું ઉલ્લંઘન કરીને બિલ્ડરો ઊંચી ઇમારતો બનાવી રહ્યા છે, જેના કારણે વિમાનોની સલામતી દાવ પર છે.
150 ઉંચા મકાનોનું સ્થળ બદલી નાખ્યું
2015માં સરકારે એરપોર્ટના ખાનગીકરણ માટેની પ્રક્રિયા શરૂ કરી, અદાણીને આપી દેવાયું છે. અમદાવાદ હવાઈ મથકને નડતરરૂપ થતી હોવાથી ઈમારતોની ઉંચાઈ વધારવા મંજૂરી મળી શકે નહીં પણ બિલ્ડરોએ અમદાવાદ મહાનગર પાલિકા અને વહાઈ સત્તા મંડળ સમક્ષ અલગ અલગ પ્લાન મૂકીને મંજૂર કરાવ્યા છે. જેમાં એરપોર્ટ ઓથોરીટી સમક્ષ અક્ષાંશ રેખાંશ પ્રમાણે ખોટા નકસો 150 બિલ્ડીંગોના મંજૂર કરાયા છે. આ કૌભાંડમાં સામેલ બિલ્ડરો, અધિકારીઓ અને રાજકીય આગેવાનો સામે તપાસની માંગ ઉઠી રહી છે. તંત્રએ આ મામલે તુરંત પગલાં ભરવા જરૂરી છે, જેથી વિમાનોની સલામતી સુનિશ્ચિત થઈ શકે. ભારતના પ્રથમ નાયબ વડા પ્રધાન સરદાર વલ્લભભાઈ પટેલના નામ પરથી રાખવામાં આવ્યું છે. આ એરપોર્ટ ગુજરાત રાજ્યનું સૌથી વ્યસ્ત અને સૌથી મોટું એરપોર્ટ છે. તેની સલામતી અમદાવાદના બિલ્ડરો કે જે ભાજપના નેતાઓના પ્રિય છે, તેઓ જોખમી બનાવી છે.
એરપોર્ટ ઓથોરીટી સામે જેનો નકશો મૂકે તે સ્થના બદલે બીજા સ્થળનું બિલ્ડીંગ બનાવી દે છે. કુબેરનગરનું બિલ્ડીંગ બોપલમાં નકસામાં બતાવી દઈને એરપોર્ટની મંજૂરી આપે છે. આવા મકાનો સામે એરપોર્ટ ઓથોરીટી કંઈ કરતી નથી. જ્યોગ્રોફિક કોડીનેશ કે રેખાંશ અક્ષાંશ પ્રમાણે મકાનોના એડ્રેસ આપે છે, મંજૂરી આપે છે.
અમદાવાદમાં 150 બિલ્ડીંગો એવી છે તેની મંજૂરી જે સ્થળની સીધી તેના બદલે બીજી જગ્યાએ બાંધી.
150 ગેરકાયદે બિલ્ડીંગો છે તે બધી તોડી પાડવી પડે તેમ છે. નકલી નકસા બતાવીને ફોજદારી ગુનો બિલ્ડરોએ કર્યો છતાં કોઈની સામે ફરિયાદ નહીં. અમદાવાદ હવાઈ મથકના 4 કિલો મીટરના ઓવલા રેડિયેશનમાં બાંધકામો માટે મનાઈ છે. તેનાથી દૂરના વિસ્તારોની ઊંચાઈ ઘટતી જાય છે
વર્ષે દોઢ કરોડ લોકોનું કોખમ
નાણાકીય વર્ષ 2024-25 માં અમદાવાદથી 1 કરોડ 30 લાખ મુસાફરોએ આવજાવ કરી હતી. આમ આ 1 કરોડ 30 લાખ મુસાફરો માટે ઈમારતો જોખમી બની છે. ભારતમાં મુસાફરોની અવરજવરની દ્રષ્ટિએ સાતમું સૌથી વ્યસ્ત હવાઈ મથક છે. આ વર્ષે દોઢ કરોડ મુસાફરો થઈ જશે.
333 ઈમારતો વિમાનોને નડતરુપ
અમદાવાદ એરપોર્ટની આસપાસ 333 ઇમારતો, ટાવરો અને વૃક્ષો વિમાનોના માર્ગમાં અડચણ બની રહ્યા છે. જે ગેરકાયદે બની ગયા છે. આમાં સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલની ઇમારત પણ સામેલ છે, જે વિમાનોના માર્ગથી 7 મીટર ઊંચી છે. એરપોર્ટ 1937માં સ્થાપિત કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. જ્યારે આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય વિમાનો 26 જાન્યુઆરી 1991થી ઉડી રહ્યાં છે. 23 મે 2000માં આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય હવાઈ મથકનો દરજ્જો અપાયો હતો. ત્યારથી હવાઈ મથક નજીક મકાનોની ભારે માંગ ઉભી થઈ તેનો ફાયદો બિલ્ડરો અને ભાજપે લીધો હતો.
એન્ટીલોલીઝન લાઈટ દરેક ઊંચી ઈમારતમાં ઉપર મૂકવી પડે પણ તે મૂકવામાં આવતી નથી. ઊંચી બિલ્ડીંગો પર ઝબકતી લાલ લાઈટ મૂકવી પડે તે મૂકવામાં આવતી નથી, વિમાન માટે જોખમી બની જાય છે.
ગેરકાયદે બાંધકામો
150 ઇમારતો એવી છે કે જેની મંજૂરી એક સ્થળ માટે લેવાઈ, પરંતુ બાંધકામ બીજા સ્થળે કરવામાં આવ્યું. આ ઇમારતોને તોડી પાડવાની જરૂર છે, પરંતુ કોઈ પગલાં લેવાયા નથી. માર્ચ 2004માં, એર ઇન્ડિયાએ બોઇંગ 747 દ્વારા લંડનના હીથ્રો એરપોર્ટ માટે સેવા શરૂ કરી. પણ 2008થી 2010 સુધી લંડનની ફ્લાઈટ બંધ કરી દીધી હતી. આ ફ્લાઇટ યુનાઇટેડ કિંગડમમાં ગુજરાતના 10 લાખ લોકોને મુસાફરી કરાવે છે. ત્યારથી હવાઈ મથક નજીક ઉંચા મકાનો બનવા લાગ્યા હતા.
નકલી નકશાનું કૌભાંડ
બિલ્ડરો એરપોર્ટ ઓથોરિટી સામે ખોટા નકશા રજૂ કરે છે. ઉદાહરણ તરીકે, કુબેરનગરની ઇમારતનો નકશો બોપલના સ્થળ માટે રજૂ કરીને મંજૂરી મેળવવામાં આવે છે. કારણ કે હવે 88 વર્ષ જૂના એરપોર્ટ પર વિસ્તરણની મર્યાદાઓને કારણે નવું ધોલેરા આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય એરપોર્ટ વિકસાવવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે.
ગિફ્ટ સિટીની ઇમારતો
ગાંધીનગરના ગિફ્ટ સિટીનું એક ઊંચું બિલ્ડિંગ પણ અમદાવાદ એરપોર્ટના વિમાનોના માર્ગમાં અડચણ ઉભી કરે છે. અહીં 12 ઉંચી ઈમારતો છે જેમાં એક વિમાનના માર્ગમાં નડ એટલી ઊંચી છે.
એરપોર્ટ ઓથોરિટી, અમદાવાદ મહાનગરપાલિકા (AMC) અને DGCCના અધિકારીઓ આ ગેરકાયદે બાંધકામો સામે પગલાં લેતા નથી. આરોપ છે કે રાજકીય દબાણ અને ષડયંત્રને કારણે આ મામલો દબાવવામાં આવે છે. 1986થી ભાજપ અમદાવાદની સરકાર ચલાવે છે ત્યારથી ઊંચી ઈમારતો વધવા લાગી હતી. હવે તે 333 થઈ ગઈ છે.
પાયલટો માટે જોખમ
એરપોર્ટ એર ઇન્ડિયા માટે ફોકસ સિટી અને ઇન્ડિગો માટે ઓપરેટિંગ બેઝ તરીકે સેવા આપે છે.
ઊંચી ઇમારતોની યાદી પાયલટોને આપવામાં આવતી નથી, જેના કારણે વિમાનોની સલામતી જોખમમાં છે. ઉપરાંત, ઊંચી ઇમારતો પર ફરજિયાત એન્ટિ-કોલિઝન લાઇટ્સ અથવા ઝબૂકતી લાલ લાઇટ્સ લગાવવામાં આવતી નથી.
1986થી ચાલતું કૌભાંડ
આ ગેરકાયદે બાંધકામોનું કૌભાંડ 1986થી ચાલી રહ્યું છે, પરંતુ તેને રોકવા કોઈ નક્કર પગલાં લેવાયા નથી. અમદાવાદ હવાઈ મથકના 4 કિલોમીટરના ઓવલ રેડિયેશનમાં બાંધકામો માટે મનાઈ છે. ભાજપના 12 મેયર તેના માટે જવાબદાર છે. 7 મેયર કોંગ્રેસના જવાબદાર છે.
ન્યાયિક નિષ્ક્રિયતા
ગુજરાત હાઈકોર્ટમાં આ મુદ્દે જાહેર હિતની અરજી 2021થી પેન્ડિંગ છે, પરંતુ ઝડપી નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવતો નથી. અમદાવાદ એરપોર્ટ, સત્તાવાર રીતે સરદાર વલ્લભભાઈ પટેલ આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય એરપોર્ટ (IATA: AMD, ICAO: VAAH) છે. જેમની જવાબદારી નક્કી કરવામાં આવતી નથી. ગુજરાતની વડી અદાલત જાહેર હીતની અરજીનો ઝડપી નિકાસ કરતી નથી.
કાયદા છે પણ તે કાયદાનું પાલન બિલ્ડરો અને અધિકારીઓ કરતાં નથી, રાજકારણો રક્ષણ આપે છે. આ કૌભાંડમાં જોડાયેલા ડીજીસીએના અધિકારીઓ, ટાઉનપ્લાનીંગના અધિકારીઓ, મેયરો અને નેતાઓની છૂપી આવક અને તેમના સંતાનો કેટલાં પાયલ છે તેની તપાસ કરવામાં આવે તો સત્ય બહાર આવે તેમ છે. એરપોર્ટ ઓથોરીટી પહેલાં મકાનોની યાદી તેની વેબસાઈટ પર મૂકતી હતી, આ યાદી હટાવી દેવામાં આવી.
ગુજરાતની વડી અદાલતે તુરંત પગલાં ભરવા કહેવું જોઈએ પણ ન્યાયાધિશો 2021થી સાંભળતા નથી. ઉંચા મકાનો તોડીને વિમાનો સલામત બનાવો, મકાનોના માલિકોને વળતર બિલ્ડરો આપે.
એપોર્ટ ઓથોરીટીની મંજૂરી બિલ્ડરોએ લેવી પડે છે. બિલ્ડરો મંજૂરી લે છે તેનાથી વધારે ઉંચી બિલ્ડીંગ બનાવી દે છે. ઊંચી ગેરકાયદે બિલ્ડીંગોને કાયદેસર કરી દેવાનું મોટું કૌભાંડ અમદાવાદમાં છે. પછી ગ્રાહકોને મંજૂરી બતાવીને તેનું વેચાણ કરે છે, મકાન ખરીદનારાઓને બિલ્ડરો વેચે છે.
વિશ્વાસ ભાભૂકરની લડત
10 વર્ષથી લડતાં વિશ્વાસને ધમકી આપી, પોલીસે કંઈ ન કર્યું. વિશ્વાસ ભામ્બૂરકર આ મુદ્દે 10 વર્ષથી એકલા લડત આપી રહ્યા છે, પરંતુ તેમને ધમકીઓ મળી છે અને પોલીસે કોઈ પગલાં લીધા નથી. તેમની માંગ છે કે ગેરકાયદે ઇમારતો તોડી પાડવામાં આવે અને ખરીદનારાઓને બિલ્ડરો દ્વારા વળતર આપવામાં આવે.
વિસ્વાસ અન્ના આંદોલનથી જાણીતા થયા હતા. તેઓ લડાકુ છે. આર્થિક અગવડતા હોવા છતાં અમદાવાદ અને સુરતની મળીને 2 કરોડના નાગરિકો માટે જાતે કાનુની લડાઈ લડે છે. પોતે જાહે દેશની સર્વોચ્ચ અદાલતમાં લડી રહ્યાં છે.
વિશ્વાસ પોતે ભારતનો નંબર વન રનર્સ છે, બ્રાઝિલ રન 48 કલાસમાં પૂરી કરેલી હતી જે તેનો રેકોર્ડ છે. ગોલ્ડ મેડલ મળેલા છે
માઉન્ટેનિંગ કરાવતા હતા. પણ સરકાર અને સત્તા સામે લડતના કારણે તે બંધ થતા આર્થિક હાલત ખરાબ બની ગઈ હતી. ભાડું, ખાવાના નાણાં બચાવીને પણ તેઓ 2012થી અનેક મુદ્દા પર લડી રહ્યાં છે. તેઓ દેશના નાગરિકોની સુરક્ષા માટે ધૂની અને જીદ્દી બનીને કામ કરી રહ્યાં છે. તેઓ સંઘર્ષ કરીને ગુજરાત માટે લડી રહ્યાં છે.
ગુજરાતભરમાં જોખમ
એકમાત્ર અમદાવાદ જ નહીં, સુરત, વડોદરા, રાજકોટ સહિત ગુજરાતના છ હવાઈ મથકોની આસપાસ 1500થી વધુ ઊંચી ઇમારતો અને ટાવરો વિમાનો માટે જોખમી છે. સુરતમાં જ 1000 આવા અવરોધો છે. આ ઇમારતોનો વાર્ષિક સરવે કરવામાં આવતો નથી.
જોખમના મુદ્દા
ગુજરાતના તમામ 6 હવાઈ મથકોએ ઉંચી ઈમારતો અને ટાવરો વિમાન સામે જોખમી છે. 6 હવાઈ મથકો મળીને વર્ષે 2 કરોડ લોકો ઉડે છે. સુરતમાં 1 હજાર આવી ઈમારતો અને ઉંચા ટાવર કે વૃક્ષો છે
ગુજરાતમાં 1500થી વધારે ઉંચા મકાનો કે ટાવર કે વૃક્ષો છે, તે વિમાન માટે જોખમી છે. સુરત, વડોદરા,, રાજકોટ, અમદાવાદના હવાઈ મથકો પાસે દર વર્ષે ઉંચી ઈમરતોનો સરવે કરવો પડે પણ થતો નથી. ઈમારતોનો સરવે ન કરાવીને ભાજપના મેયરો બિલ્ડરોને બચાવે છે.

Fake map scam
Builders submit fake maps to the Airport Authority. For example, a map of a building in Kubernagar is submitted for approval for the Bhopal site. Now a new Dholera International Airport is being built due to expansion restrictions at the 88-year-old airport.
Buildings of GIFT City
A high-rise building in Gift City, Gandhinagar is also causing trouble for planes flying at Ahmedabad Airport. There are 12 high-rise buildings here, one of which is so high that it can block the path of the plane.
Airport Authority, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) and DGCC
Officials are not taking action against these illegal constructions. It is alleged that the matter is being suppressed due to political pressure and conspiracy. Since 1986, when the BJP government is in power in Ahmedabad, high-rise buildings have started increasing. Now it has reached 333.

Scam going on since 1986
This scam of illegal construction has been going on since 1986, but no concrete steps have been taken to stop it. Construction is prohibited within the 4-km oval radius of Ahmedabad airport. 12 BJP mayors are responsible for this. 7 Congress mayors are responsible.
Judicial inaction
A public interest litigation (PIL) on this issue is pending in the Gujarat High Court since 2021, but no quick decision is being taken. Ahmedabad Airport, officially Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (IATA: AMD, ICAO: VAAH). Whose responsibility is not determined. The Gujarat High Court does not dispose of PILs quickly.
There are laws but those laws are not followed by builders and officials, politicians protect them. If the hidden income of DGCA officials, town planning officials, mayors and leaders involved in this scam is investigated and how much their children are earning, the truth will come out. Earlier the Airport Authority used to put a list of houses on its website, this list was removed. The Gujarat High Court should have asked for immediate action, but the judges have not heard a single one since 2021. Make planes safe by demolishing high-rise buildings, builders should compensate the owners of the houses. Builders have to take permission from the Airport Authority. Builders build buildings even higher than those for which they get permission. There is a big scam in Ahmedabad to legalize high-rise illegal buildings. Then they sell them to customers by showing permission, the builders sell them to home buyers. Vishwas Bhabhukar’s fight Vishwas was threatened to fight for 10 years, the police did nothing Vishwas Bhabhukar has been fighting alone on this issue for 10 years, but he has received threats and the police has not taken any action. His demand is that illegal buildings should be demolished and buyers should be compensated by the builders.
Vishwas became famous from the Anna movement. He is a fighter. Despite financial constraints, he fights legal battles for 2 crore citizens of Ahmedabad and Surat. He is currently fighting in the Supreme Court of the country.
Vishwas himself is India’s number one runner, he completed the Brazil Run in 48 class, which is his record. He has won gold medals. He used to do mountaineering. But due to the fight against the government and officials, it stopped and his financial condition worsened. Even by saving money for rent and food, they have been fighting on many issues since 2012. They are working madly and stubbornly for the safety of the citizens of the country. They are struggling and fighting for Gujarat.
Danger all over Gujarat

भारत का 7वां सबसे बड़ा एयरपोर्ट सरकार पटेल इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट है। मुनाफे वाले अहमदाबाद एयरपोर्ट को मोदी सरकार ने अडानी को दे दिया है। 12 जून, 2025 को अहमदाबाद में हुए विमान हादसे के बाद, जिसमें बड़ी संख्या में लोग हताहत हुए थे, सुरक्षा में कई खामियां पाई गई हैं। अहमदाबाद में 333 इमारतें, टावर, पेड़ विमानों की लैंडिंग और टेक-ऑफ के लिए खतरा हैं। अहमदाबाद का नया सिविल अस्पताल अवैध रूप से बनाया गया है। जिस सिविल अस्पताल में विमान दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हुआ, वह विमान के रास्ते में 7 मीटर ऊंचा है। इस प्रकार, विमान की टक्कर के लिए सिविल अस्पताल को ही जिम्मेदार ठहराया जा सकता है।

अहमदाबाद के सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे के आसपास ऊंची इमारतें, टावर और पेड़ विमानों के उड़ान भरने और उतरने के लिए गंभीर खतरा पैदा कर रहे हैं। दशकों से इस मुद्दे पर लड़ाई लड़ रहे स्थानीय नागरिक विश्वास भांबुरकर ने बिल्डरों और अधिकारियों द्वारा किए जा रहे अवैध निर्माण के घोटाले को उजागर किया है। उनके आरोपों के अनुसार बिल्डर भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण (एएआई) की मंजूरी का उल्लंघन कर ऊंची इमारतें बना रहे हैं, जिससे विमानों की सुरक्षा दांव पर लगी हुई है।
150 ऊंची इमारतों ने स्थान बदला
2015 में सरकार ने हवाई अड्डे के निजीकरण की प्रक्रिया शुरू की थी, जिसे अडानी को दे दिया गया है। अहमदाबाद एयरपोर्ट को इमारतों की ऊंचाई बढ़ाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जा सकती क्योंकि यह एक उपद्रव बन रहा है, लेकिन बिल्डरों ने अहमदाबाद नगर निगम और वहाई सत्ता मंडल को अलग-अलग योजनाएं प्रस्तुत की हैं और उन्हें मंजूरी दिलाई है। जिसमें अक्षांश और देशांतर के अनुसार झूठे नक्शे वाली 150 इमारतों को एयरपोर्ट अथॉरिटी के समक्ष मंजूरी दी गई है। इस घोटाले में शामिल बिल्डरों, अधिकारियों और राजनीतिक नेताओं के खिलाफ जांच की मांग की जा रही है। प्रशासन को इस मामले में तत्काल कदम उठाने की जरूरत है ताकि विमान की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित हो सके। इसका नाम भारत के पहले उप प्रधानमंत्री सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल के नाम पर रखा गया है। यह हवाई अड्डा गुजरात राज्य का सबसे व्यस्त और बड़ा हवाई अड्डा है। इसकी सुरक्षा से अहमदाबाद के बिल्डरों ने समझौता किया है, जो भाजपा नेताओं के प्रिय हैं। हवाई अड्डा प्राधिकरण जिस स्थान का नक्शा अपने सामने रखता है, उसके बजाय दूसरी जगह की इमारत बनाता है। कुबेरनगर की इमारत को भोपाल के नक्शे में दिखाया गया है और हवाई अड्डे को मंजूरी दी गई है। हवाई अड्डा प्राधिकरण ऐसी इमारतों के खिलाफ कुछ नहीं करता है। भौगोलिक निर्देशांक या देशांतर और अक्षांश घरों के पते देते हैं, अनुमति देते हैं। अहमदाबाद में 150 इमारतें हैं जिन्हें उस स्थान के बजाय दूसरी जगह बनाने की मंजूरी दी गई है जहां वे स्थित हैं। 150 अवैध इमारतें हैं, उन सभी को गिराया जाना है। हालांकि बिल्डरों ने फर्जी नक्शे दिखाकर आपराधिक अपराध किया है, लेकिन किसी के खिलाफ कोई शिकायत दर्ज नहीं की गई है। अहमदाबाद एयरपोर्ट के 4 किलोमीटर के दायरे में निर्माण प्रतिबंधित है। इससे दूर के इलाकों की ऊंचाई कम हो जाती है
सालाना डेढ़ करोड़ लोगों का कोखम
वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 में अहमदाबाद से 1 करोड़ 30 लाख यात्री आए। ऐसे में इन 1 करोड़ 30 लाख यात्रियों के लिए इमारतें खतरनाक हो गई हैं। यात्री यातायात के लिहाज से यह भारत का सातवां सबसे व्यस्त एयरपोर्ट है। इस साल यहां डेढ़ करोड़ यात्री आएंगे।
333 इमारतें विमानों को रोकती हैं
अहमदाबाद एयरपोर्ट के आसपास 333 इमारतें, टावर और पेड़ विमानों के उड़ान पथ को रोक रहे हैं। ये अवैध हो गए हैं। इसमें सिविल अस्पताल की इमारत भी शामिल है, जो उड़ान पथ से 7 मीटर ऊंची है। इस एयरपोर्ट की स्थापना 1937 में हुई थी। जबकि अंतरराष्ट्रीय उड़ानें 26 जनवरी 1991 से उड़ रही हैं। इसे 23 मई 2000 को अंतरराष्ट्रीय एयरपोर्ट का दर्जा दिया गया था। तब से एयरपोर्ट के पास घरों की भारी मांग रही है, जिसका बिल्डरों और भाजपा ने फायदा उठाया है। हर ऊंची इमारत पर टक्कर रोधी लाइटें लगाई जानी चाहिए, लेकिन ऐसा नहीं किया गया। ऊंची इमारतों पर चमकती लाल बत्ती लगाई जानी चाहिए, लेकिन वे नहीं लगाई जाती हैं, जो विमानों के लिए खतरनाक हो जाती हैं। अवैध निर्माण 150 इमारतें ऐसी हैं, जिनकी अनुमति एक जगह के लिए ली गई थी, लेकिन निर्माण दूसरी जगह कर दिया गया। इन इमारतों को गिराए जाने की जरूरत है, लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई। मार्च 2004 में एयर इंडिया ने बोइंग 747 के साथ लंदन के हीथ्रो एयरपोर्ट के लिए सेवा शुरू की थी। लेकिन इसने 2008 से 2010 तक अपनी लंदन की उड़ानें बंद कर दीं। यह फ्लाइट गुजरात से यूनाइटेड किंगडम तक 10 लाख लोगों को ले जाती है। तब से लेकर अब तक एयरपोर्ट के पास ऊंची-ऊंची इमारतें बन चुकी हैं।
नकली नक्शा घोटाला
बिल्डर एयरपोर्ट अथॉरिटी को फर्जी नक्शे जमा करवाते हैं। उदाहरण के लिए कुबेरनगर में एक इमारत का नक्शा बोपल साइट के लिए मंजूरी के लिए जमा करवाया जाता है। अब 88 साल पुराने एयरपोर्ट पर विस्तार प्रतिबंधों के कारण नया धोलेरा इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट बनाया जा रहा है।
गिफ्ट सिटी की इमारतें
गांधीनगर के गिफ्ट सिटी में एक ऊंची इमारत भी अहमदाबाद एयरपोर्ट पर उड़ान भरने वाले विमानों के लिए परेशानी का सबब बन रही है। यहां 12 ऊंची इमारतें हैं, जिनमें से एक इतनी ऊंची है कि विमान का रास्ता रोक सकती है।
एयरपोर्ट अथॉरिटी, अहमदाबाद म्युनिसिपल कॉर्पोरेशन (एएमसी) और डीजीसीसी के अधिकारी इन अवैध निर्माणों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं कर रहे हैं। आरोप है कि राजनीतिक दबाव और साजिश के चलते इस मामले को दबाया जा रहा है। 1986 से जब से अहमदाबाद में भाजपा की सरकार है, तब से ऊंची इमारतें बढ़ने लगी हैं। अब यह 333 तक पहुंच गया है।
पायलटों के लिए जोखिम
यह हवाई अड्डा एयर इंडिया के लिए फोकस सिटी और इंडिगो के लिए ऑपरेटिंग बेस के रूप में कार्य करता है।
पायलटों को ऊंची इमारतों की सूची नहीं दी जाती है, जिसके कारण
लोगों की सुरक्षा खतरे में है। साथ ही ऊंची इमारतों पर अनिवार्य टक्कर रोधी लाइट या चमकती लाल बत्ती नहीं लगाई जाती है।
1986 से चल रहा घोटाला
अवैध निर्माण का यह घोटाला 1986 से चल रहा है, लेकिन इसे रोकने के लिए कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाए गए। अहमदाबाद एयरपोर्ट के 4 किलोमीटर के अंडाकार दायरे में निर्माण प्रतिबंधित है। इसके लिए भाजपा के 12 मेयर जिम्मेदार हैं। कांग्रेस के 7 मेयर जिम्मेदार हैं।
न्यायिक निष्क्रियता
इस मुद्दे पर एक जनहित याचिका (पीआईएल) 2021 से गुजरात उच्च न्यायालय में लंबित है, लेकिन त्वरित निर्णय नहीं लिया जा रहा है। अहमदाबाद एयरपोर्ट, आधिकारिक तौर पर सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डा (IATA: AMD, ICAO: VAAH)। जिसकी जिम्मेदारी निर्धारित नहीं है। गुजरात उच्च न्यायालय जनहित याचिकाओं का जल्दी निपटारा नहीं करता है।
कानून तो हैं लेकिन उन कानूनों का पालन बिल्डर और अधिकारी नहीं करते, राजनेता उनका संरक्षण करते हैं। अगर इस घोटाले में शामिल डीजीसीए अधिकारियों, टाउन प्लानिंग अधिकारियों, मेयर और नेताओं की छिपी हुई आय की जांच की जाए और उनके बच्चे कितना कमा रहे हैं, तो सच्चाई सामने आ जाएगी। पहले एयरपोर्ट अथॉरिटी अपनी वेबसाइट पर घरों की सूची डालती थी, यह सूची हटा दी गई। गुजरात हाईकोर्ट को तुरंत कार्रवाई के लिए कहना चाहिए था, लेकिन जजों ने 2021 से एक नहीं सुनी। ऊंची इमारतों को गिराकर विमानों को सुरक्षित बनाएं, बिल्डरों को घरों के मालिकों को मुआवजा देना चाहिए। बिल्डरों को एयरपोर्ट अथॉरिटी से अनुमति लेनी होती है। बिल्डर्स उन इमारतों से भी ऊंची इमारतें बनाते हैं जिनकी उन्हें अनुमति मिलती है। ऊंची अवैध इमारतों को वैध बनाने के लिए अहमदाबाद में बड़ा घोटाला है। फिर वे उन्हें अनुमति दिखाकर ग्राहकों को बेचते हैं, बिल्डर उन्हें घर खरीदारों को बेचते हैं। विश्वास भाभुकर की लड़ाई 10 साल तक लड़ने के लिए विश्वास को धमकाया गया, पुलिस ने कुछ नहीं किया विश्वास भाभुकर इस मुद्दे पर 10 साल से अकेले लड़ रहे हैं, लेकिन उन्हें धमकियां मिली हैं और पुलिस ने कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की है। उनकी मांग है कि अवैध इमारतों को गिराया जाए और बिल्डरों से खरीदारों को मुआवजा दिलाया जाए।
विश्वास अन्ना आंदोलन से मशहूर हुए। वे जुझारू हैं। आर्थिक तंगी के बावजूद वे अहमदाबाद और सूरत के 2 करोड़ नागरिकों के लिए कानूनी लड़ाई लड़ते हैं। वे इस समय देश के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में लड़ रहे हैं।
विश्वास खुद भारत के नंबर वन धावक हैं, उन्होंने ब्राजील रन को 48 क्लास में पूरा किया, जो उनका रिकॉर्ड है। उन्होंने स्वर्ण पदक जीते हैं। वे पर्वतारोहण करते थे। लेकिन सरकार और अधिकारियों के खिलाफ लड़ाई के कारण यह बंद हो गया और उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति खराब हो गई। यहां तक कि किराए और खाने के लिए पैसे बचाकर वे 2012 से कई मुद्दों पर लड़ रहे हैं। वे देश के नागरिकों की सुरक्षा के लिए पागलपन और जिद से काम कर रहे हैं। वे गुजरात के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं और लड़ रहे हैं।
पूरे गुजरात में खतरा
अहमदाबाद ही नहीं, सूरत, वडोदरा, राजकोट समेत गुजरात के छह एयरपोर्ट के आसपास 1500 से ज्यादा ऊंची इमारतें और टावर विमानों के लिए खतरनाक हैं। अकेले सूरत में ऐसी 1000 बाधाएं हैं। इन इमारतों का हर साल सर्वेक्षण नहीं किया जाता है।
जोखिम के मुद्दे
गुजरात के सभी 6 हवाई अड्डों पर ऊंची इमारतें और टावर विमानों के लिए खतरनाक हैं। इन 6 हवाई अड्डों से हर साल 2 करोड़ लोग उड़ान भरते हैं। सूरत में ऐसी 1000 इमारतें और ऊंचे टावर या पेड़ हैं
