અરજદારોએ કોટેશ્વર અને સુઘડની જમીનનાં હેતુફેર માટે રાજય સરકારમાં રજુઆત કરી હતી.
નજીકમાં સ્પોર્ટસ સંકુલ આવેલું હોવાથી નાગરીક સુવિધા માટે 50 હેકટર જમીનનો ઝોન ફેર કરવાની દરખાસ્ત રાજય સરકારની મંજુરી માટે મોકલવાનો નિર્ણય ઔડાની બોર્ડ બેઠકમાં 27 ઓક્ટોબર 2025માં લેવાયો હતો.
આ નિર્ણયથી કોટેશ્વર-સુઘડ વિસ્તારની જમીનની કિમતમાં ઉછાળો આવશે તેમ મનાઈ રહયું છે. આ વિસ્તારમાં રહેણાંક અને કોમર્શીયલ સ્કીમો બનશે.

The applicants had submitted a proposal to the state government for rezoning of the land in Koteshwar and Sughad.
Since a sports complex is located nearby, the decision to send the proposal for rezoning of 50 hectares of land for civic amenities for the state government’s approval was taken in the AUDA board meeting on October 27, 2025.
This decision is expected to increase the land prices in the Koteshwar-Sughad area. Residential and commercial schemes will be built in this area.

आवेदकों ने कोटेश्वर और सुघड़ में भूमि के पुनर्क्षेत्रीकरण के लिए राज्य सरकार को एक प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत किया था।
चूँकि पास में ही एक खेल परिसर स्थित है, इसलिए नागरिक सुविधाओं के लिए 50 हेक्टेयर भूमि के पुनर्क्षेत्रीकरण के प्रस्ताव को राज्य सरकार की स्वीकृति के लिए भेजने का निर्णय 27 अक्टूबर, 2025 को हुई AUDA बोर्ड की बैठक में लिया गया।
इस निर्णय से कोटेश्वर-सुघड़ क्षेत्र में भूमि की कीमतों में वृद्धि होने की उम्मीद है। इस क्षेत्र में आवासीय और व्यावसायिक योजनाएँ बनाई जाएँगी।
