QUETTA: Six Pakistani soldiers who forcibly occupied Balochistan. Killed in an attack with natives. Intelligence and security officials said the attack took place on Monday night in a remote area of Pir Gab, a town in Pakistan’s north-south Balochistan province.
All the soldiers injured in the attack have been admitted to a military hospital in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan. Murid Baloch, a spokesman for the separatist United Baloch Army, claimed responsibility for the attack, saying in a statement that his group had targeted Pakistani troops deployed to protect oil and gas facility engineers in the area.
