[:gj]રાજસ્થાનમાં એક તરફ રાજકારણ ગરમાયું છે ત્યારે CM અશોક ગેહલોતની સરકારે એક નવી શરૂઆત કરવાનું નક્કી કર્યું છે. 20 ઓગસ્ટે રાજીવ ગાંધી જયંતિના દિવસે એક ખાસ યોજના ઈંદિરા રસોઈના નામે શરૂ કરાશે. તેની જવાબદારી ખાસ વિભાગને આપવામાં આવી છે. તેમાં સ્થાનિક NGOની મદદથી સ્થાઈ રસોઈ દ્વારા ગરમાગરમ ખાવાનું પીરસવામાં આવશે.
ઈન્દિરા રસોઈને માટે વાર્ષિક 100 કરોડ રૂપિયા ખર્ચ કરાશે. CMના આદેશ છે કે 20 ઓગસ્ટથી આ યોજના શરૂ કરવામાં આવે. રાજયના તમામ 213 શહેરોમાં એકસાથે ઈન્દિરા રસોઈ યોજનાની શરૂઆત કરવામાં આવશે. 20 ઓગસ્ટે આ યોજના શરૂ થશે. તેમાં રસોઈના સ્થાન, NGOની પસંદગી, રસોઈની સ્થાપના, સંચાલનથી લઈને તમામ જવાબદારી જિલ્લા કલેકટરની રહેશે. તેમને જ નોડલ ઓફિસર પણ બનાવાયા છે.
કલેકટર જિલ્લાની રસોઈ સંચાલનની વ્યવસ્થાને સંભાળશે. સરકાર દ્વારા આ આદેશ તમામ જિલ્લા કલેકટરને આપવામાં આવ્યા છે. રાજસ્થાનના 213 શહેરોમાં કુલ 358 સ્થાઈ રસોઈ બનાવવામાં આવશે. સરકારની ઈન્દિરા ગાંધી રસોઈ યોજનાનું મેનૂ રોજ બદલાશે. તેમાં સરકારના નિર્દેશ અનુસાર દરેક થાળીમાં 100 ગ્રામ દાળ, 100 ગ્રામ શાક, 250 ગ્રામ રોટલી અને અથાણું પીરસાશે, જિલ્લા કલેકટરની મંજૂરી બાદ રસોઈ ચલાવનારા NGO મેનૂ, રસોઈનો સમય વગેરેમાં ફેરફાર કરી શકશે.[:en]While politics is heating up in Rajasthan, the government of CM Ashok Gehlot has decided to make a fresh start. It will serve 100 grams of lentils, 100 grams of vegetables, 250 grams of bread and pickles in each dish as per the instructions of the government.[:hn]राजस्थान में राजनीति गर्म हो रही है, वहीं सीएम अशोक गहलोत की सरकार ने एक नई शुरुआत करने का फैसला किया है। 20 अगस्त को राजीव गांधी जयंती के दिन, इंदिरा रसोई के नाम से एक विशेष योजना शुरू की जाएगी। इसकी जिम्मेदारी एक विशेष विभाग को दी गई है। यह स्थानीय एनजीओ की मदद से स्थायी भोजन के माध्यम से गर्म भोजन परोसेंगे।
इंदिरा के खाना पकाने के लिए सालाना 100 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होंगे। सीएम ने निर्देश दिया है कि इस योजना को 20 अगस्त से शुरू किया जाए। इंदिरा रसोई योजना राज्य के सभी 213 शहरों में एक साथ शुरू की जाएगी। यह योजना 20 अगस्त से शुरू होगी। जिला कलेक्टर रसोई के स्थान, गैर सरकारी संगठन के चयन, रसोई की स्थापना, प्रबंधन के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा। उन्हें नोडल अधिकारी भी बनाया गया है।
कलेक्टर जिले के पाक प्रबंधन का प्रबंधन करेगा। यह आदेश सरकार ने सभी जिला कलेक्टरों को जारी किया है। राजस्थान के 213 शहरों में कुल 358 स्थायी रसोई स्थापित की जाएंगी। सरकार की इंदिरा गांधी खाना पकाने की योजना का मेनू दैनिक रूप से बदल जाएगा। यह सरकार के निर्देशानुसार प्रत्येक डिश में 100 ग्राम दाल, 100 ग्राम सब्जियां, 250 ग्राम ब्रेड और अचार परोसेंगे।[:]
