BJP state president Dr. Mahendra Munjpara?
Serious allegation by Rajkot MLA’s sister
Dilip Patel
Ahmedabad, January 7, 2025
Former MP and Modi’s favorite Dr. Mahendra Munjpara is likely to be the new state president of BJP. Patil has created hooliganism and discord in the party, which has become a big liability for any new president. Who will calm such controversies and hooliganism? During Patil’s time, there were about 40 cases in which BJP leaders, MLAs, MPs were threatened and intimidated.
If Munjpara becomes the state president, then the big question today is whether he will be able to control the threats and bullying of BJP leaders. Because the sister of the BJP MLA from Rajkot herself is accusing her brother of threatening.
Union AYUSH, Women and Child Development Minister Dr. Mahendra Munjpara has been elected by 2 lakh 77 thousand votes. He is OBC, Koli Patel. Dr. Mahendrabhai Kalubhai Munjpara of Bharatiya Janata Party got 6 lakh 31 thousand votes. OBC – Koli Patel defeated Somabhai Gandalal of Indian National Congress.
In 2019, in Surendranagar, BJP cut the seat of Devji Fatepara and appointed new face Dr. Mahendra Munjpara was fielded. Dr. Munjpara, associated with RSS, is a doctor. Soma Ganda defeated Patel. The highest number of 31 candidates in Gujarat were from Surendranagar.
Rajkot controversy
BJP MLA’s sister not safe, MLA Ramesh Tilala’s sister was abducted by police in a dispute over 150 bigha land worth 200 crores in Shapar, Rajkot. 9 siblings are heirs.
Rajkot MLA Ramesh Tilala and his brother Magan Tilala were accused.
The cousin sister was picked up by the police from the farm house. She was kept sitting in the police station the whole day. After picking up Dayaben Undhad from her farm house at 10 am, the personnel of Shapar police station released her from the police station at 9.30 pm.
MLA Ramesh Tilla was called by his cousin. In the whole dispute, the MLA’s sister has made serious allegations against the brother. 150 bigha land in Rajkot district, which is worth about Rs 200 crore. In the whole matter, the call recording of MLA Ramesh Tilla and his cousin went viral. The case is going on in the civil court.
The police has come into controversy.
MLA Ramesh Tilla’s sister said, why did the police pick me up? Why sit from morning to evening? What is my crime? Mukeshbhai and a policeman named PI Rana said that let me settle your land matter with your brother Ramesh Tilla. For not taking a share in my Bapuji’s land, Bapuji died 25 years ago. 9 siblings have a share in 150 bigha land. 6 sisters and three brothers have a share.
Police officials revealed that we went there to vandalize Beh’s farm house, but we let the sister go without filing a complaint against prosecutor Magan Tilala.
Signatures have been taken from us. Signatures of 4 sisters were taken. Police also threatened me. Police does not take my complaint. My nephew threatened me and police registered our complaint. Ramesh Tilala, Magan Tilala, Ramesh Bhai and nephew Prakash threatened me 10 times in a year and made me sit in the police station 10 times. And if I go to Wadi, they fire me from the job and keep me hungry and thirsty and threaten that you have withdrawn the case you filed. They have taken the land in their name without my signature. And they come to take our signatures and threaten us because we do not sign.
Forcibly thrown out saying go away now. And when I asked the police to register my case, they were told that nothing will happen without asking Ramesh bhai. In such a situation, he made serious allegations against the police. He also alleged that they do not let the case proceed further and often threaten in the name of Narendra Modi.
What did the nephew say?
Bhaanje Chetan said, I was outside and my mother was taken by the Shopper Police. When I called, I was told that we have not taken anyone. I said that there is CCTV and check it, you have eaten food. The police is not listening to us. Ramesh Tilala was told by his cousin Chetan Undhad that the police has kidnapped his mother. So the recording of the conversation between the two has also come to light. MLA Ramesh Tilala told his cousin that, I do not know anything about this matter. But it is better to settle all this now. For the last 25 years, I tried in my own way but my sister did not believe me.
Ramesh Tilala has the highest assets of more than 170 crores among the 7 Rajkot residents.
Khodaldham
Ramesh Tilala was the trustee of Khodaldham, an institution of Leuva Patidar community. Before contesting the elections, he resigned from the trusteeship of Khodaldham. Before this, Khodaldham chairman Naresh Patel himself took Ramesh Tilala to Delhi to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The ticket was finalized. Naresh Patel and Ramesh Tilala visited BJP’s Mowdi Mandal. Naresh Patel immediately reached Ahmedabad by a special chartered plane to meet BJP leaders.

Ramesh Tilala is the trustee of Patel Kanya Chhatralaya and Leuva Patel Society. One of the top 5 builders of Rajkot. He was the head of Shaper-Veraval industrial area. How are the threats of MLAs and MPs? Representatives elected by the public are dividing the public. They are speaking Tapori language. Such representatives have become a bone in the throat for the public. Their speech is not acceptable. Representatives elected by the public are speaking the language of street goons. An elected representative can never be a true example in democracy. It has become common for the BJP to encroach upon linguistic discretion in public life. Earlier, if leaders used to give such statements that showed any concession regarding language, the public would not forgive them. But now this has become common even for big leaders. The values of democracy have been forgotten. These leaders used to fold their hands in front of people during elections, but after getting elected, they raise their hands. After winning the elections, they are showing their true saffron colour. Calling people to vote during elections. But then it heats up people.
Leaders have now made a mockery of democracy. The one who is in front of people to get votes, starts dictating after getting elected. The question is, what will happen to democracy if leaders threaten people like this after elections.
BJP leaders are openly threatening like this. But, no action has been taken by the BJP government. This can also be considered as a kind of atrocity on the public.
The commission also has the right to cancel the election of that seat where citizens are threatened, elections cannot be conducted in a free and fair manner. But now this does not happen.

Gujarat High Court
The Gujarat High Court has said in the case of BJP leader former MLA CK Raul that if MLAs threaten him, they should be kept in jail under section 307.

Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code clearly states that giving death threats can be punished with imprisonment up to 7 years.
