Hyderabad election was like Ahmedabad, remove EVM in Gujarat, and bring fight
Gandhinagar, 5 December 2020
The ruling party Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) has emerged victorious in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation election results. BJP has suffered a crushing defeat. The Telangana Rashtra Samithi Party is a government in the state of Telangana. He was fiercely opposed by BJP’s Home Minister Amit Shah, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the entire central government in Hyderabad’s election.
If there were EVMs, then the BJP would have power. But the Hyderabad government replaced EVMs with paper ballets. So nobody can mess up. As a result, the BJP has lost power. Had there been voting through EVMs, the BJP would have occupied power like Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Vadodara as on Hyderabad.
BJP leader Amit Shah stayed for several days in Hyderabad to gain power in a city. He used power, influence, money, defection to win the BJP. However, Amit Shah is defeated. The BJP wanted to form the Telangana state government by securing power over Hyderabad. Hyderabad is a city which is the gateway to power in South India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi want to occupy at the door. But do not shy away.
The way the BJP took power in Ahmedabad and Rajkot city and formed a government in Gujarat, just like wanted to do in Hyderabad. Amit Shah and Narendra Modi have suffered major defeats. BJP’s votes have increased, but the slogan of Ahmedabad’s Karnavati came to fruition; Bhagyanagar’s slogan of Hyderabad did not diminish. BJP sabotage leaders were using power and money in Hyderabad.
TRS Largest Party
The TRS single has become the single largest party. The TRS has won 55 seats in the 150-seat municipal corporation. The TRS has become the party with the most seats. While BJP has won 48 seats. Asaduddin Owaisi’s party came third from AIMIM seat with 44 seats. While the Congress has got 2 seats.
In 2015, the BJP had 4 seats, Owaisi had 44 and Telangana had 99 seats. In which Telangana has lost seats.
BJP will not break it
74 members are required to form the mayor. Asaduddin Owaisi won 44 seats and BJP 48 seats. Together, both of them hold their power. But Amit Shah will not do so, as he will now seek to gain power in the assembly elections by raising the Hindutva issue against TRS and Asaduddin Owaisi. Otherwise, like Kashmir, the BJP can come to power in Hyderabad. By keeping the policy on the line, they can rule Hyderabad with the ideological of Kashmir.
Power sharing
TCS and AIMIM will jointly acquire power. The mayor and deputy mayor will exchange power for two and a half years. Former mayor of Hyderabad and AIMIM candidate Mohammad Majeed Hussain has won the Mehdipatnam seat.
Disappointment in congress again
The performance of the Congress has been disappointing again. The Congress has won two seats. Out of 75 lakh voters, only 35 lakh i.e. 46.55 percent went to the polls. Which is considered a big loss for the Telangana Party and the Congress.
The army of BJP leaders landed
Hyderabad is a metropolitan city. Which includes people from all states of India. In order to garner their votes, the BJP fielded the chief ministers, calling on leaders of states other than Gujarat. However, the BJP has also lost.
An army of BJP national leaders was deployed for the city election, with Home Minister Amit Shah BJP President JP Nadda, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, campaigning for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation elections. Apart from Smriti Irani, Union Minister Prakash Javadekar, Tejashwi Surya, former Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis campaigned for Marathi voters. However, the BJP did not come to power. Brought Piyush Gohil to Rajasthani voters. Vijay Rupani was not called from Gujarat because, even if he had gone, the votes would have been broken.
The BJP fielded its star leaders in the Hyderabad elections, following which AIMIM chief Owaisi said that US President Donald Trump was yet to leave.
EVM
Concerned with small corporation elections, why does the BJP claim to be the world’s largest political party? BJP wanted to prove that we can win without EVMs. But he could not do it. Therefore, the leaders of the entire country were brought to vote. But EVM was not there. The BJP’s defeat can happen across the country if ballots are cast across the country. In Gujarat, cannot form a government with Betel paper. Gujarat BPJ is agitating for bringing ballot vote system. Many people demanding election without EVM. They demanding ballot paper election.
Asaduddin Owaisi
The BJP indirectly helped AIMIM in Bihar assembly elections and got 5 seats. It is being speculated that Asaduddin may sneak an alliance with Owaisi’s party or play the game in Telangana, avoiding voting. Greater Hyderabad has 50 per cent Muslim population in 7 out of 10 assembly seats. Owaisi’s party has caught them. Owaisi’s All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen has fielded a total of 51 candidates in the corporation elections. Out of which 46 candidates are Muslim candidates. AIMA EM is facing BJP.
Capture the city for state power
The BJP sees the municipal elections as a means of seizing state power. The BJP does not interested in any panchayat elections. Although the BJP had more organizational, money power than the Telangana side, Amit Shah could not win at the ground level. This indicates that there is a huge gap between leaders, workers and people.
As long as there were non-BJP governments in Gujarat, its main leaders did not go out to win the limelight in the cities. Not even the Chief Ministers. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee herself says that in her life she has never seen a union minister attending municipal meetings.
Ask for votes in the name of Hindu
In Hyderabad, Prime Minister Narendra Modi adopted the same model as the BJP won its first election in 1987 in Gujarat, Ahmedabad. Announced Ahmedabad’s Karnavati nomenclature to bring BJP to power in Ahmedabad. Announcing the renaming of Hyderabad as Bhagyanagar, Yodi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh was sent by Modi to propagate Hindutva. Amit Shah visited the Bhagyalakshmi temple under the four minarets. Which is the stronghold of Owaisi. Hindutva was created from this. Some Hindu votes went to the BJP but it did not harm Owaisi. The Muslim vote went to Owaisi. Hence it has been successful in retaining the last 44 seats. The BJP still could not gain power.
Ahmedabad has not yet been named by Karnavati by Narendra Modi. Narendra Modi undertook a rath yatra across Ahmedabad and campaigned against Begum and won the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. This is the first time in Ahmedabad that a chief ex minister ND Modi, has gone to seek votes in an election. But the Prime Minister could not go to Hyderabad.
Even before Amit Shah’s election campaign, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao warned the people of Hyderabad. The divisive forces are trying to wreak havoc by entering Hyderabad. This election is to save the peace of Hyderabad.
Chandrasekhar Rao’s move
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao announced the elections without giving a chance to the BJP. Therefore, the BJP does not get a chance to buy and spend money. The move was a setback for the BJP. The BJP could not sabotage it because it did not give time.
The mayor will be ours
The BJP announced that 40 out of 4 seats would come. The Mayor will be ours. Will change the name of Hyderabad. We will free the Nizamisum. Such statements suggest that the BJP was desperate to gain power over Hyderabad.
Shortage of TDP
The BJP wanted to gain power in Hyderabad at any cost. Modi’s policy has been to gain power by compromising with the local party in the states of the country. But there was no party in Hyderabad that Modi could talk to. Therefore, he had unethically decided to convert the people of the other party to the BJP.
The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) was once important in Hyderabad. But after the separation of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, they no longer exist. Hence his cadre and its leaders were largely brought into the BJP. Most joined the BJP. BJP got cadre. But could not gain power.
In this way, the BJP made a big change from the TRS party as well. TRS leader and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s party is a family run party. Therefore all the disgruntled leaders of the party were brought against him in the BJP. There was a lot of defections. TDP cadre and TRS leaders brought in BJP.
Politics of rain
Ahmedabad received 21 inches of rain in a single day and the BJP lost the next election. Congress gains power. Just like in Hyderabad, BJP has won all seats in the name of rain and Hinduism. More than 20 inches of rain fell twice in the 20 days before the election. In which Telangana government could not do much. So the BJP took advantage of this and counted the votes. But power was not found. The poor people had voted for the BJP because they did not receive the aid of Rs 10,000 due to the court’s ban order.
South India Gate Hyderabad
If it is to gain political penetration in South India, then it is necessary to occupy Hyderabad. Therefore, BJP insisted on this. Because Hyderabad is the gateway to the south. The BJP took the local issue very lightly but did politics of Hindutva and renaming the city. The BJP announced that the TRS party had levied an impact fee by legalizing illegal constructions. We will demolish all these illegal constructions in Hyderabad and make it a city. Such an announcement did not have the expected effect. In Ahmedabad too, the BJP has legalized illegal house construction. But in Hyderabad, they kept saying something else.
12 seats won by 500 votes
BJP has won 12 of the 44 seats with a margin of 500 votes. BJP’s BN Reddy won the Nagar seat by 32 votes. Thus the margin of victory decreases.
