• From Transport Hub in Ranip to ST. Skywalk such as stands, highways and metro stations will be built

Ahmedabad Metropolitan City – Municipal Corporation will build a Transport Hub at the SmartCity project at Ranip. Ranip ST A process has been started to build a private company’s transport hub on 27,000 square meters of land worth Rs300 crore in Ampai near Busstand.
Contracts have been called for with the project consultant. It is estimated to cost Rs 490 crore for the transport hub’s building project. Which will cost the private company. The land will be given on a 90-year lease and FSIP of four will be given.
There will be a skywalk
From the parking lot, Ranip ST. The skywalk will be built up to the bus stand. One wing will be diverted to the highway corridor and the other to the metro railway station.
Pay and park
A highway-MTS bus terminal will be set up on the ground floor in the transport hub. There will be a thousand car parks in Pay End Park on the first floor of the Transport Hub.
11 storey building
An 11-storey commercial complex will be erected above the parking lot by a private builder. Developers will have responsibility for operation-maintenance for 35 years.
The resuscitation transfer station near the land of the Transport Hub will be demolished and renovated.
Error on error
Three years ago it was proposed to build a transport hub near all the gates of the city. In which ST. It was recommended to construct a bus stand for the buses and with the entrance to the city and to provide separate transportation facilities for the citizens. BJP has done nothing in it. Now, it will prepare traffic jams in the middle of the city.
