The Gujarat government had formed its BYSEC organization by spending crores of rupees.
As soon as Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister, this institution was handed over to the central government. If he had been given the responsibility of solving the traffic problem of all the roads of Gujarat, thousands of lives could have been saved. Instead, the BYSEC organization is being used politically.
The central government has given the Gujarat government a good institute in Gandhinagar to provide satellite data. If a plan based on ISRO’s satellite images is made across Gujarat, even more than Google, then thousands of deaths can be prevented.

Based on traffic reports at all junctions, dividers were constructed at most of the traffic junctions, which forced drivers to take a little detour while taking random turns. Thus, doing other work including installing dividers at all junctions gave better results than expected.
Police digital data
While working as a police officer in Gandhinagar, HK Joshi has digitized police areas of many cities of Gujarat. He has prepared digital maps of police station boundary, routes, intersections, turns etc. He has to do this based on CEPT data.
Actually this should have been done by BISAG. But BISAG is now becoming political.
ISRO
If Ahmedabad police has requested Ahmedabad ISRO then they can prepare traffic junctions of the whole city. They measure 1 meter based on satellite images.
BISAG-N
