Full stop on Dholera project

DHOLERA
DHOLERA

43,000 hectares of land is lying vacant in the Special Investment Zone-SIR at Dholera in Ahmedabad district. Modi declared Dholera as the biggest economic centre of Gujarat. 26 thousand hectares of land has been given to Dholera-SIR and 17 thousand hectares of land has been given to Adani Airport.

Dholera has provided land for processing industries, warehousing, commercial area, city of knowledge, logistic park as well as international airport.

To develop the express roads, a pre-facility for the airport, metro rail project from Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad to Dholera and a mega industrial park. Single window clearance system has also been implemented.

It means that Adani would end agricultural production by building on arable land near Sanand instead of building a logistic park at Dholera. Also, Adani is not ready to set up an airport or an industry on 17,000 hectares of land in Dholera. Such thinks is proved by the agreement made by Rupani. Nothing happened in Dholera in 17 years. Dholera was submerged in water in the swirling monsoon
