Gandhinagar,
After the lockdown in Corona’s position, discussions have started again about the new organization of Gujarat BJP. Also, is there any eye on whether the MLAs who defected from the Congress before the Rajya Sabha elections will get a place in the cabinet or not?
BJP state president Jitu Waghan’s term is coming to an end, and the BJP high command is now considering a new state president to replace him, as well as a major overhaul of the organization.
The BJP has been facing factionalism for a long time, which is why the BJP high command has focused on building a strong organization in Gujarat in view of the upcoming elections.
The BJP has a meeting regarding the new organization, in which party functionaries and senior ministers have been asked to be present. It is likely that before the Rajya Sabha elections are held on June 19, some important announcement regarding the new organization may be made.
The meeting will be attended by state president Jitu Waghan, CM Vijay Rupani, DCM Nitin Patel and other leaders and senior ministers of the BJP. And the names of Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasmana were discussed, although it is not yet clear who will be the new BJP state president.
