Hyderabad ranks first in India with 3 lakh CCTV cameras, 16th in the world

According to a survey conducted by UK-based CompareTech, Hyderabad has emerged as the number one place in India for security cameras and the number 16 spot in the world. According to a tweet by Telangana Director General of Police Mohammad Reddy, the survey, conducted by Comparitech, found 3 lakh cameras installed inside Hyderabad.

Hyderabad is considered to be a city with a population of over one crore. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person. Hyderabad Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar said that this is a joint success of us and the people. Who installed three lakh cameras through nanoscience. A target of 10 lakh more CCTV cameras has been set in Hyderabad in the next four years.
