સુરત જિલ્લામાં રૂપિયા 10 હજાર વાહનો રૂપિયા 22 કરોડના જમા થયા છે.
વડોદરામાં 3 કરોડના રૂ. 1500 જમા થયા છે.
રાજકોટમાં 2 હજાર વાહનો રૂપિયા 10 કરોડના વાહનો જમા છે.
અન્ય જિલ્લાઓમાં કુલ 10 હજાર વાહનો પડી રહ્યાં છે.
ગુજરાતમાં દેશમાં સૌથી વધુ વાહનો છે
વાહનોના રજિસ્ટ્રેશનની બાબતમાં ગુજરાત દેશમાં પ્રથમ ક્રમે છે.
છેલ્લાં દસ વર્ષમાં ગુજરાતમાં વાહનોની સંખ્યામાં 135 ટકાનો વધારો થયો છે.
જરાતમાં અઢી લાખ ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ વાહનો છે.
બિન-પરિવહન વાહનોની સંખ્યા પણ વધીને 2.35
કરોડ થઈ ગઈ છે. 35 લાખથી વધુ કાર અને 1.45 કરોડ ટુ-વ્હીલર છે.

ગુજરાતમાં દેશમાં સૌથી વધુ વાહનો છે
વાહનોના રજિસ્ટ્રેશનની બાબતમાં ગુજરાત દેશમાં પ્રથમ ક્રમે છે.
છેલ્લાં દસ વર્ષમાં ગુજરાતમાં વાહનોની સંખ્યામાં 135 ટકાનો વધારો થયો છે.
જરાતમાં અઢી લાખ ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ વાહનો છે.
બિન-પરિવહન વાહનોની સંખ્યા પણ વધીને 2.35
કરોડ થઈ ગઈ છે. 35 લાખથી વધુ કાર અને 1.45 કરોડ ટુ-વ્હીલર છે.
રાજ્યના વાહન વ્યવહાર વિભાગના આંકડા મુજબ ગુજરાતના રસ્તાઓ પર 2.35 કરોડ વાહનો મુસાફરી કરી રહ્યા છે. આનો અર્થ એ થયો કે દર ત્રણમાંથી એક વ્યક્તિ પાસે વાહન હોય છે. કારની સંખ્યા 40 લાખ છે.
ભંગારીયા લીગલ બની ગયા છે.
સ્ટીલ નિકળશે તેની ખરીદી પર નીતિની સફળતા રહેશે
નીતિના અમલ માટે 8 મહિના લાગશે.
કેન્દ્ર સરકાર નિયમો બનાવશે. તે અંગે રાજ્ય સરકારો પણ નિયમો જાહેર કરશે.
7 લાખ કિલો મીટર એસટી માટે છે

રોજના 50 વર્ષ – 15 વર્ષમાં 3 લાખ કિલો મીટર
ટેક્સી રોજના 300 કિલો મીટર ફરે છે, બે વર્ષમાં પ્રદુષણ

વાહન વધારે ફરશે, આરટીઓમાં એજન્ટ વગર કામ થઈ શકતું નથી
પોલીસ પછી ભ્રષ્ટ આરટીઓ છે
વાહન અકસ્માતથી વર્ષે 8 હજારના મોત થાય છે.
ગુજરાતના વાહનવ્યવહાર વિભાગ પાસે એવી કોઈ સિસ્ટમ નથી કે આખા રાજ્યમાં કેટલાં જૂના વાહનો રસ્તા પર દોડી રહ્યાં છે.
આખા રાજ્યમાં 600 પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં 30 હજાર વાહનો પોલીસ દ્વારા મુદ્દામાલ તરીકે જમા કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. જેમાં શહેરોના 250 પોલીસ મથકો પર આ વાહનો પડી રહ્યા છે. જે લગભગ 190 કરોડ રૂપિયાના થવા જાય છે.
પોલીસ મથકમાં ટ્રકથી માંડીને વૈભવી ગાડીઓ ભંગાર થતી જોવા મળે છે. જેમાં દારુના મુદ્દામાલ સાથે પકડાયેલા હાવનો સૌથી વધું છે. બીજા નંબર પર ટ્રાફિકના ગુના માટે પકડાયેલા વાહનો છે.
વળી પોલીસ વિભાગના પોતાના હજારો વાહનો છે જેનો કોઈ હિસાબ નથી.
વાહનો છોડાવાના આવતા ન હોવાના કારણે પણ પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં વાહનોના ખડકલા જોવા મળી રહ્યા છે.
ઘણાં વાહનો બુટલેગરોના હોય છે. બુટલેગરો એકવાર વાહન પકડાયા પછી બીજીવાર તે છોડાવતા નથી. ચોરાયેલા હાવનો મોટા પ્રમાણમાં છે. જે હાવન માલિકને પરત કરવા માટે રૂપાણી સરકારે કોઈ તંત્ર જ વિકસાવ્યું નથી.
અદાલતમાં ખટલા ચાલતાં હોવાથી ઘણાં વાહનો પડી રહે છે.
આ વાહનો ખરીદવામાં કોઈ રસ લેતું નથી.
વેરા કે દંડની રકમ વધારે હોવાના કારણે માલિકો તેમના વાહનો છોડાવવામાં રસ લેતા નથી.
રાજ્યનો જ્યાંથી વહીવટ થાય છે ત્યાં પોલીસ પાસે રૂપિયા 31 કરોડના 1800 વાહનો છે.

નિકોલ
નિકોલ પોલીસમાં જપ્ત કરવામાં આવેલા 200 વાહનો જેમાં મોપેડ, બાઈકથી લઈને રીક્ષા અને એસયુવી સહિતના વાહનો ભંગાર થવાના વાંકે પડી રહ્યા છે. મચ્છરોજન્ય રોગના ફેલાવાનો ભય પણ વધ્યો છે.
પંચમહાલ
પંચમહાલ જિલ્લાના મુખ્ય મથક ગોધરા ખાતે આવેલ વિવિધ સરકારી વિભાગોની કચેરીઓમાં સરકાર દ્વારા ફાળવવામાં આવેલ સરકારી વાહનો અલગ અલગ ટેક્નિકલ કારણોસર ઉપયોગમાં ન લેવાય તેવા વાહનો કન્ડમ કરી દેવામાં આવ્યા છે. જે વાહનો છેલ્લા કેટલાય વર્ષોથી ધૂળ ખાઈ રહ્યા છે, સંબધિત વિભાગો દ્વારા આ પ્રકારના વાહનો પ્રત્યે રાખવામાં આવતી ઉદાસીનતાને લઈને સરકારી તિજોરીને મોટું આર્થિક નુકસાન પહોંચી રહ્યું છે.
મહેસાણામાં
મહેસાણા જિલ્લા પંચાયત પ્રમુખ માટે 12 લાખ રૂપિયાની નવી કાર ખરીદી પણ જિલ્લા પંચાયત સંકુલમાં બિન ઉપયોગી જાહેર કરાયેલા વાહનોનો કોઈ નિકાલ થયો નથી. અને આ વાહનોને આસપાસ ઝાડી-ઝાંખરાં પણ ઉગી ગયા છે. ધૂળખાઈ ભંગાર બની ગયા છે. ડીડીઓની જૂની ઇનોવા કાર પણ બિનઉપયોગી તરીકે જાહેર કરી શેડમાં મૂકી દેવામાં આવી હતી. મહેસાણા જિલ્લા પંચાયતમાં ત્રણ જીપ, બે કાર અને એક મીની બસ સહિતના વાહનો જિલ્લા પંચાયત સંકુલમાં બિનઉપયોગી બનીને ઝાડી-ઝાંખરાં વચ્ચે ફૂટેલા ટાયરો સાથે ભંગાર હાલતમાં જગ્યા રોકીને પડયા છે.

65 વાહનો ભંગારમાં લઈ જનારાની ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી હતી. રાજકોટમાં 65 ભંગાર વાહનો ભાગીને નિકાલ કરનારા શાહિદ કાદરભાઇની ધરપકડ કરી હતી.

ગાંધીઘામ
ભંગારના વાડામાં વાહનો પર બનાવટી નંબરો લગાવી વેચાણ કરતી ટોળકીઓ કામ કરે છે. ગાંધીધામમાં પણ આવી એક ટોળકી મળી હતી.

ભુજ બાયપાસ રોડ પર આવેલા ક્રિષ્નનગર-રમાં આવેલા ભંગારના વાડામાંથી ચોરી કે છળકપટથી મેળવવામાં આવેલી 5 કાર અને તેનો ભંગાર ઝડપી પાડ્યો હતો.
અમદાવાદમાં
અમદાવાદ શહેર-જિલ્લામાં અંદાજે જૂના કોમર્શિયલ 4.50 લાખ, ખાનગી 14.50 લાખ મળી 19 લાખ વાહન ભંગારમાં જશે. અમદાવાદ વાહન ડીલર્સ એસોસિએશનના પ્રમુખ પ્રણવ પટેલ બજેટ વખતે જાહેર કર્યું હતું.
ડીલરોને પણ ફાયદો થશે. જૂનાં વાહનો વેચી નવા વાહન ખરીદવા માગતા લોકોને સરકારે 30 ટકા રાહત આપી નથી.
નવી સ્ક્રેપ પોલિસી હેઠળ પ્રતિવર્ષ 15 હજાર રૂપિયા ફિટનેસ સર્ટિફિકેટ મેળવવા ખર્ચ કરવો પડી શકે છે.
કોમર્શિયલ વાહનોને દર 6 મહિને ફિટનેસ સર્ટિફિકેટ મેળવવું પડશે.

કચ્છમાં બાળકોને શિક્ષણ આપવા એસટીની ભંગાર બસોને ખાસ પ્રકારે 20 લાખના ખર્ચે મોડિફાય કરી રણશાળા માટે વર્ગખંડો બનાવ્યા હતાં. જે 6 મહિનામાં જ ફરી ભંગાર બનીને ભચાઉના જંગી ખાતે પડી છે. ચોરી થઈ ગઈ હતી.
5 VALSAD
વલસાડ પંચાયત અને નપાના કરોડોની કિંમતના વાહનો સડી રહ્યાં છે. રાજ્ય સરકારે વાહનો આપ્યા છે. 3 કરોડ રૂપિયાના વાહનોની કાળજી અને મરામત કરવાની જવાબદારી તંત્ર લેવા તૈયાર નથી.
6 MANSA
માણસા તાલુકાના પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં દારૂ પિધેલા અને જુગારમાં પકડાયેલા 200થી વધુ વાહનો ભંગાર બન્યા છે.
અમદાવાદમાં
11 વર્ષ પહેલાં અમદાવાદ શહેરના 14 પોલીસ મથકની બહાર આશરે 300 વાહનો ભંગાર પડી રહ્યાં હતા. આજે મોંઘી કિંમતનાં વાહનો પોલીસે કબજે કર્યા બાદ તેના માલિક પણ વાહન પરત મેળવવામાં કેટલીક કાયદાકીય આંટીઘૂટીના કારણે રસ નથી દાખવતા તો જે વાહનો બિનવારસી હોય તે વાહનોની હરાજી કરવામાં પોલીસ વધુ રસ દાખવી રહી ન હોવાના કારણે મોટાભાગના વાહનોની જ્યારે હરાજી કરવામાં આવે ત્યારે કિંમતી વાહનો કાટ ખાઇ ગયા હોવાના કારણે કિંમતી વાહનોને પાણીના ભાવે વેચવા પડી રહ્યાં છે.
વડોદરા
વડોદરાના 21 પોલીસ સ્ટેશનના તમામ વાહનો તરસાલી પાસે કન્ટેઇનરની અંદર શહેરના 1 હજાર વાહનો પાર્ક કરવાનો નિર્ણય લેવાયો હતો.
વડોદરા જ નહીં રાજ્યનાં દરેક પોલીસ મથકોમાં એક પ્રણાલી વર્ષાેથી ચાલી રહી છે. જેમાં પોલીસ દ્વારા જે તે ગુનામાં વાહન કબજે કરવામાં આવે છે, તેને પોલીસ સ્ટેશનની બહાર જ ખુલ્લી જગ્યામાં અથવા કમ્પાઉન્ડની અંદર મૂકી દેવામાં આવે છે. જ્યાં સુધી કોર્ટ કેસ પતે નહીં અથવા કોર્ટ વાહન છોડવાનો હુકમ કરે નહીં ત્યાં સુધી વાહનો ખુલ્લી જગ્યામાં જ પડી રહેતાં હોય છે. જેને લઈ બેટરી, ટાયર કે અન્ય સ્પેરપાર્ટ્સ ચોરી થઈ જતાં હોય છે.
વીમા કંપનીની મદદથી નિકાલ થઇ શકે પોલીસે કબજે કરેલાં વાહનોમાં અસંખ્ય વાહનો લોનવાળાં પણ હોય છે.
બેંક તેમજ ઇન્સ્યોરન્સ કંપની પણ આ પ્રક્રિયામાં વધુ રસ લેતી નથી.
ભંગાર વાહન કૌભાંડ
કબજે કરાયેલાં વાહનોમાંથી પાર્ટ્સ કાઢવાનો કારસો પોલીસના હાથમાં સપડાયેલાં વાહનોમાંથી સારા પાર્ટ્સ કાઢી લેવાનું કૌભાંડ ચાલે છે.
સારા ટાયર કાઢી તેના સ્થાને ખરાબ ટાયર ફિટ કરી દેવાતાં હોય છે.
પોલીસે કબજે કરેલાં વાહનોની કસ્ટડી કોર્ટની હોય છે. વાહનોના નિકાલ માટે કોર્ટની પરવાનગી જરૂરી છે.
આગ
જામનગરમાં પંચકોશી પોલીસ સ્ટેશન મુદ્દામાલમાં જપ્ત કરાયેલા કેટલાક વાહનો તેમજ ભંગારના જથ્થામાં આગ લાગી હતી.
દંડ જવાબદાર
ગુજરાતમાં રૂપાણી સરકારનો ટ્રાફીક કાયદાભંગનાં ધરખમ દંડ છે. અનેક કિસ્સાઓમાં વાહનની કિંમત કરતા દંડ વધુ થઈ જતો હોવાથી માલીકો વાહન છોડાવતા જ નથી. અમદાવાદમાં 150 જેટલા વાહનો ધૂળ ખાય છે. વેચવા જાય તો દંડ જેટલી કિંમત પણ ન મળે.
25 એપ્રિલ 2020 સુધીમાં કરફ્યુંમાં 1,03,936 ડિટેઇન કરાયેલાં હતા.
અમદાવાદમાં મહિને 15 હજાર વાહનો નોંધાય છે.

ભારતમાં 1 એપ્રિલ 2020 થી નવા ઉત્સર્જન ધોરણો અમલમાં મૂકવાના હતા જેમાં 40 થી વધુ ડીઝલ કાર મોડેલો બજારમાંથી દૂર થઈ જવાના હતા. કંપનીઓ આ દિવસોમાં પેટ્રોલ, સીએનજી અને ઇલેક્ટ્રિક મોડેલો પર વધુ ધ્યાન આપી રહી છે.
એસ ટીનું ભંગાર કૌભાંડ
ગુજરાતની પ્રજાને સારી બસ સેવા મળે તે માટે સરકાર વર્ષે સરેરાશ 1 હજાર કરોડ આપે છે. જેમાંથી 40 લાખની કિંમતની 2500 નવી બસો ખરીદી કરી શકાય છે. છતાં ખરીદવા માં આવતી નથી.
એસ ટી પાસે 8થી 9 હજાર બસ રહે છે. જેમાંથી 3 હજાર બસ કિલોમીટર પૂરા કરી ચૂકી છે. 28 ટકા બસ નકામી છે. 8 લાખ કિલોમીટર રસ્તા પર ચાલી હોય તેને ભંગાર બનાવાય છે.
ભંગાર એન્જીન ધરાવતી અને ગમે ત્યારે અકસ્માત થઈ શકે એવી 2500 બસો છે. જેમાં 7 લાખ મુસાફરો રોજ મુસાફરી કરે છે. જૂનાગઢ અને નડિયાદની ડેપોમાં તો 37.36 ટકા બસ સાવ નકામી છે.
અમદાવાદથી નાથદ્વારા, ઉદયપુર, નાકોડા, રાણકપુર, દ્વારકા, માઉન્ટ આબુ, ઝાલોર જેવા લાંબા રૂટ પર જે બસો દોડાવવામાં આવે છે. તેમાંથી અનેક બસોના કિલોમીટર પૂરા થઈ ગયા છે. આવી બસો સ્ક્રેપ કરવાના બદલે સતત રોડ પર દોડાવવામાં આવી રહી છે. બ્રેક ડાઉન થતાં ડ્રાઈવરો કંડક્ટરો સાથે પેસેન્જરોની રકઝક પણ થાય છે.
એસ.ટી.નિગમની તમામ બસોને 8 લાખ કિલોમીટર દોડી ગયા બાદ સ્ક્રેપ કરવામાં આવતી હોય છે. તેના સારા પાર્ટ્સ કાઢીને ઉપયોગમાં લેવામાં આવે છે. બાકીની તમામ વસ્તુઓને ભંગારમાં વેંચી દેવામાં આવે છે.
ગુજરાતમાં નવી બસો આપવાનું સરકારે જાહેરાત કરી હતી. પણ આપી નથી. એસ.ટી.માં દરરોજ 25 લાખ લોકો મુસાફરી કરે છે. છતાં મુખ્ય પ્રધાન વિજય રૂપાણી, વાહન વ્યવહાર પ્રધાન રણછોડ ફળદુને સહેજ પણ ચિંતા નથી. ભલે વર્ષે 150 લોકો મોતને ભેટે.
BRTS
બીઆરટીએસ બસ પહેલા 5 વર્ષમાં જ ભંગાર જેવી બની ગઈ હતી.
546 બસોને 5 વર્ષ થયાં ન હતા ત્યાં તો તેને ભંગારમાં કાઢી નાખવાની તૈયારી કરી લેવાઇ હતી. ખરાબ ડ્રાઈવિંગ અને ખરાબ રસ્તાઓના કારણે આવું થયું હતું. જેમાંથી 244 બસો ભંગાર કરવાનો નિર્ણય કર્યો હતો.
અગાઉ 80 સીએનજી બસો 1.40 કરોડમાં વેચી દેવામાં આવી હતી.
AMTS
અમદાવાદની શહેરી 1200 બસમાં 21 ટકા બસો ભંગાર વાડે લઈ જવી પડે એવી છે.
નવી નીતિમાં
કેન્દ્રનાં માર્ગ અને પરિવહન મંત્રી નીતિન ગડકરીએ કચ્છમાં વાહનો જુના વાહનો અને સ્ક્રેપ પાર્ક બનાવવાની અને ભાવનગર પાસે અલંગમાં દેશનો સૌ પ્રથમ સ્ક્રેપ પ્લાન્ટ શરૂ કરવાની જાહેરાત કરી હતી. નવી નીતિ 1 ઓક્ટોબર 2021 થી લાગુ થશે. ગુજરાતમાં 4 થી 5 સ્થળે ભંગારવાળા બનાવવામાં આવશે.

સેન્ટરમાં નબળા પુર્વાર્થનાં વાહનોને સ્ક્રેપ માટે મોકલવા ફરજીયાત
નવી કારની ખરીદી પર રોડ ટેક્સમાં 25% ની છૂટ, રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફી માફી
નવા કોમર્શિયલ વાહનોની ખરીદી પર 15% વેરા રાહત
જુના વાહનો ઘટવાથી રૂ.9550 કરોડની બચત થવાની શક્યતા
દર વર્ષે અંદાજે રૂ.2400 કરોડનાં ઇંધણની બચત થશે
વાહનોનાં સ્ક્રેપીંગથી રૂ.6550 કરોડનું સ્ક્રેપ મળશે
જુના વાહનોની વિગત તેમની પાસે ન હોઈ માહિતી મેળવ્યા બાદ તે તમામ જુના બિનઉપયોગી વાહનો બાબતે નિયમાનુસાર યોગ્ય કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે.

ભંગાર વાહન નીતિમાં દબાણ

એક વ્યક્તિ એક દ્વિચક્રી વાહનની નીતિ ન આવી
2018માં વાહન વ્યવહારની કમિશનર આરટીઓ પાસેથી અહેવાલ માંગ્યો હતો કે, એક વાહન ધરાવતા વ્યક્તિ દ્વારા બીજા વાહનોની ખરીદી અંગે વિગતો માંગવામાં આવી હતી.
ખરેખર તો શહેરમાં વાહન ખરીદી પર નિયંત્રણ રાખવા. આ નિર્ણય ન લેવાય તે માટે વાહનો બનાવતી કંપનીઓએ સરકાર પર દબાણ વધારી દીધું છે.
સરકાર પાસે વાહનોની ખરીદી કે અમુક સ્થળે વાહનો પર પ્રતિબંધ મૂકવા માટે રાજય સરકારને જાહેરનામુ બહાર પાડવાની સત્તા છે.

પણ તે ચોક્કસ કહી શકાય તેમ જ નથી. તેથી ખરેખર જુના વાહનો રસ્તા પર કેટલાં દોડી રહ્યાં છે તે સરકાર જાણી શકે તેમ નથી. જો 10 વર્ષ જુના વાહનના માલિકોને નોટિસ આપીને તેની જાણકારી મેળવવામાં આવે તો જ તેની ખરી હકીકતો જાણી શકાય તેમ છે.

इंजन फैलाता है प्रदूषण
भारत में 1 अप्रैल, 2020 से नए उत्सर्जन मानकों को लागू किया जाना था जिसमें 40 से अधिक डीजल कार मॉडल को बाजार से हटाया जाना था। कंपनियां इन दिनों पेट्रोल, सीएनजी और इलेक्ट्रिक मॉडल पर ज्यादा फोकस कर रही हैं।
एस टी के मलबे कांड
अच्छी बस सेवा पाने के लिए सरकार गुजरात के लोगों को सालाना औसतन 1,000 करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान करती है। जिसमें से 40 लाख रुपये की 2500 नई बसें खरीदी जा सकती हैं। अभी तक नहीं खरीदा।
एसटी के पास 8 से 9 हजार बसें हैं। जिसमें से 3 हजार बस किलोमीटर का काम पूरा कर लिया गया है। 28 फीसदी बसें बेकार हैं। 8 लाख किलोमीटर सड़क पर चलना मलबे से बना है।
स्क्रैप इंजन वाली 2500 बसें हैं जो कभी भी दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो सकती हैं। जिसमें रोजाना 7 लाख यात्री सफर करते हैं। जूनागढ़ और नडियाद डिपो में 37.36 फीसदी बसें पूरी तरह से बेकार हैं.
अहमदाबाद से नाथद्वारा, उदयपुर, नकोदा, रणकपुर, द्वारका, माउंट आबू, जालोर के लिए लंबे रूटों पर चलने वाली बसें। उनमें से कई ने बसों के किलोमीटर पूरे कर लिए हैं। ऐसी बसें लगातार स्क्रैप करने की जगह सड़क पर दौड़ रही हैं। ब्रेकडाउन के कारण चालक कंडक्टर और यात्रियों से टकरा भी जाते हैं।
एसटी निगम की सभी बसें 8 लाख किलोमीटर चलने के बाद रद्द कर दी गई हैं। इसके अच्छे हिस्से निकाल कर इस्तेमाल किए जाते हैं। बाकी सब कुछ कबाड़ में बिकता है।
सरकार ने गुजरात में नई बसें उपलब्ध कराने की घोषणा की थी। भी नहीं देते। एसटी में प्रतिदिन 2.5 मिलियन लोग यात्रा करते हैं। हालांकि, मुख्यमंत्री विजय रूपाणी और परिवहन मंत्री रणछोड़ फल्दू बिल्कुल भी चिंतित नहीं हैं। भले ही हर साल 150 लोगों की मौत हो जाती है।
बीआरटीएस
महज 5 साल में बीआरटीएस बस मलबे की तरह हो गई थी।
546 बसें 5 साल से भी कम समय में खत्म होने के लिए तैयार थीं। यह खराब ड्राइविंग और खराब सड़कों के कारण था। जिनमें से 244 बसों ने मलबे में दबने का फैसला किया।
इससे पहले 80 सीएनजी बसें 1.40 करोड़ रुपये में बिकी थीं।

अहमदाबाद में 1200 शहरी बसों में से 21 फीसदी को रद्द करना है।
नई नीति में
केंद्र सड़क और
परिवहन मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने कच्छ में एक पुराने वाहन और स्क्रैप पार्क के निर्माण और भावनगर के पास अलंग में देश के पहले स्क्रैप प्लांट के शुभारंभ की घोषणा की। नई नीति 1 अक्टूबर, 2021 से प्रभावी होगी। गुजरात में 4 से 5 जगहों पर बनेंगे कबाड़

वाहनों की जांच के लिए विशेष स्वचालित फिटनेस सेंटर स्थापित किया जाएगा
कबाड़ वाहनों को कबाड़ के लिए केंद्र पर भेजना अनिवार्य
नई कार की खरीद पर रोड टैक्स में 25% की छूट, रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस में छूट
नए वाणिज्यिक वाहनों की खरीद पर 15% कर राहत
पुराने वाहनों में कमी से 9550 करोड़ रुपये की बचत होने की संभावना
इससे हर साल ईंधन में करीब 2400 करोड़ रुपये की बचत होगी
वाहनों के कबाड़ से मिलेगा 6550 करोड़ रुपए का कबाड़
उनके पास पुराने वाहनों का ब्योरा नहीं होने की जानकारी मिलने के बाद उन सभी पुराने वाहनों के संबंध में नियमानुसार उचित कार्रवाई की जाएगी.

फिलहाल गुजरात में एक वाहन है तो दूसरे पर प्रतिबंध लगाने की जरूरत नहीं है, सरकार इस पर साफ तौर पर विचार कर रही है. वह रवैया अचानक बदल गया है। विभाग के सूत्रों का कहना है कि वाहन निर्माण कंपनियां गुजरात में आ रही हैं और उसके लिए अलग सेज बनाया गया है। सर भी मौजूद है। सूत्र साफ कह रहे हैं कि वन-बस नीति लागू नहीं होगी क्योंकि इस उद्योग का सरकार पर दबाव बढ़ रहा है।[:]
