The Dung project has 4 benefits to the cattle farmers. One will get free gas, dung, cleanliness, less environmental issues of methane gas. Natural quality products made in their own groups can increase production on farms by 26 per cent.
Animal Feed Parlor
Seeing that the farmers had tested in two villages in a single season, the farmers are now demanding that they be given this product. What will happen with this protocol will be the same all over India. Like Amul milk. It will be sold on a cooperative basis but not in the competition market. This item will be sold where there is a parlor to sell cattle feed.
Indira Gandhi
Anand was enlightened by Indira Gandhi, all the chief ministers of Gujarat, former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri and the World Bank. The farmers are now considering to extend a part of operation flood. Because the World Bank gave a loan of 40 lakh Dolar in Operation Flood. Former Finance Minister H.M. Patel asked Amul to start a oilseeds business and he was successful. Dhara Singtel started selling 1 lakh tonnes of oil in 5 years. The salt project failed. Now the whole world is waiting whether the dung project is successful from 2020.
Dung can become paper
In Jaipur, khadi gramodyog commission has started making paper from dung. About 7% of the dung material can be used to make paper. A plant can produce one lakh bags of paper in a month. The government will buy it at Rs. 5 per kilo. Which can cut the cost of fodder.
Breakup in dung
Mansukh Mandaviya, the then chairman of Gujarat Agro Corporation of Lakhwar village of Palitana Taluka, had set up 100 garbage gas plants at home as a model village at biogas plant in the year 2012 and declared it as 100% garbage gas based village. In 2016, only 1 out of 100 garbage gas plants were operational. The gas tanks were broken. Poor quality material was used. The price was high. Such a story can be heard from everywhere.
Oil Companies Land
To reduce gas and oil imports in 2018, 5,000 compressed biogas plants will be commissioned by 2022. There will be an investment of Rs 1.75 lakh crore. The plant will be set up by three state-owned oil marketing companies, IOC, BPCL and HPCL. Oil companies to sell biogas at Rs. 46 per kilogram. The target is to produce 15 million tonnes of compressed biogas per year. This will be 40% of India’s existing natural gas production of 44 million tonnes. The city plans to distribute biogas with gas distribution.
Gujarat will do what Punjab did in 24 hours
The Punjab government has approved a German company to set up a Rs 100 crore biogas CNG plant in Sangrur district in 2018. Another 9 projects are to be taken up. Which is Rs. Will have an investment of 900 crore. A plant in Germany will produce 33,000 kg of bio-CNG and 45,000 tonnes of organic manure per year. A foreign company is ready to set up such a plant in Gujarat.
Banas Dairy
Efforts are being made to make Asia’s largest banas dairy one to make biogas from cow-buffalo dung, which will provide other supplementary income to the milk business as well as the people of Banas.
Waste Animal Project
About the trade of animal dung, Dr. Kurien may not have thought. But now it has become possible. Now, nddb has time to come for a project on 18 lakh animals living among non-milch animals and human population in the city. These animals are mostly useless.
The biggest problem in Gujarat is that about 3,000 wild poachers like leopard, lion, Jamkh, dairy cattle, including the world’s best cow breed, are being hunted on a large scale. The shikargi animal needs 1 thousand animals a day. In which about 100 pets are hunted in the village. These predators can be fed to useless animals.
If there is a need to create a project to hunt non-dairy animals instead of dairy cattle, the production of milk can increase greatly. Livestock breeders around the forest believe that nddb should work to keep the waste cows, sheep, camel, kutte animals in the jungle. If 100 dairy animals can be saved, 1500 litres of milk per day can be saved. The death of many people can be prevented due to lions and leopards.
