In Surat, Ward No. 2 Amroli, Motavarach, Monali Hirpara, Rahesh Mordia, Alpesh Patel and Bhavana Solanki have won from Kathore. Kanu Gadia, Rita Duggara, Sunil Suhagia and Mahesh Anaghan have won from ward number 3 Varachha, Sarathna, Seemaada, Laskana. In ward number 3 all four candidates have won with a huge lead of 30,000 not one or two thousand.
In ward number 3, candidate Rita Dudhgada received 51,148 votes. Kanu Gadia received 50,697 votes. Mahesh Anaghan got 49,404 votes and Sonal Suhagia got 47,805 votes. BJP candidates have received 19,917, 18,279, 17,617 and 17,394 votes against your candidates. This is the reason why BJP candidates in ward number three have lost to AAP candidates by over 30,000 votes. In Varachha, Surat, BJP could not open an account in 24 seats of 6 wards except ward 6. This is the reason why the BJP has also received similar votes in the Patidar stronghold.
AAP candidates Kundan Kothiya, Sejal Malviya, Ghanshyam Makwana and Dharmendra Lahariya have won in ward number 4 Kapoda in Surat. Ward No. 5 Phoolpada-Ashwini Kumar has won from AAP candidates Kundan Kothiya, Nirali Patel, Ashok Dhami and Kiran Kumar Khokhani. Deepti Sakaria and Kishore Ruparelia of Ward No. 7 Katargam-Wade have won. Payal Sakariya, Shobhana Kevadia, Jitendra Kachhadia and Vipul Mavalia won from Ward No. 16 Pune (West).
Rachna Hirapara, Swati Dholariya, Vipul Suhagia and Dharmesh Bhandari from ward number 17 Pune (East) have won.
In Surat, the Aam Aadmi Party has entered the Manpa as the opposition. The Aam Aadmi Party has got a lot of support in the Patidar region. You have got 27 seats in Surat due to the support of the Patidars. The Congress suffered as a result of not giving three tickets to the Patidars and thus benefited the Aam Aadmi Party directly.
A Aam Aadmi Party meeting was organized in the border area of Surat to celebrate the victory of the AAP in Surat. The fire broke out due to a short circuit on the stage at the meeting. So there was a stir among the people present on the stage but in time the fire was controlled.
