ગુજરાતના મુખ્ય પ્રધાન વિજય રૂપાણીના રાજકોટમાં રહેતાં મિત્ર, જયોતી સીએનસીના પરાક્રમસિંહ જાડેજાની કંપનીનનો સરકાર બચાવ કરી રહી છે. મંજૂરી આપનારા અધિકારીઓનો બચાવ સરકાર કરી રહી છે. જો તેમ ન હોય તો આ પ્રશ્નોનો જવાબ સરકારે આપવો જોઈએ.
1 – નેશનલ એક્રીડીટેશન બોર્ડ ઓફ લેબોરેટરીઝ ફોર આઈએસઓ 86101 અને આઈસી 60601 દ્વારા એપ્રુવ્ડ લેબમાં મશીનનો ટેસ્ટ કરાયો હતો. મધ્યસ્થ માર્ગદર્શિકાને અનુસરતા હોય તો પણ અમદાવાદ સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલ ખાતે એથિકસ કમીટીની સામે એક દર્દી પર ટ્રાયલ થઈ હોવાનું જણાવ્યું હતુ. છતાં તેને કઈ રીતે મંજૂરી મળી ?
2 – એથિકસ સમિતીમાં ક્રીટીકલ કેર એકસપર્ટ નહીં પણ મેડીસીનના પ્રોફેસર ડો. કમલેશ ઉપાધ્યાય અને એનેસ્થેટિસ્ટ હતા. આવી મોટી ભૂલ કોણે કરી ?
3 – 230 મશીન અમદાવાદની કોરોના હોસ્પિટલ પાસે હોવા છતાં શા માટે ધમણને લેવામાં આવ્યા હતા.
4 – સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલમાં ડોકટરોએ વધુ વેન્ટીલેટરની માંગણી કર્યા પછી આ મશીનની બિઅસરકારકતા બહાર આવી હતી. તો કેમ તુરંત ધમણને દૂર ન કર્યા ? કોની સામે પગલાં લીધા ?
5 – આરોગ્ય અને પરિવાર કલ્યાણ વિભાગના અગ્ર સચિવ જયંતિ રવિએ ધમણ-1 અંગે જાહેર કર્યું હતું કે, તે સમયે વેન્ટીલેટરની અછત હતી. જયોતિ સીએનસીએ પહેલ કરી ડિવાઈસ બનાવ્યું હતું. સરકારને 1000 ધમણ વેન્ટીલેટરનું દાન મળ્યું હતું. એને ગુજરાત સરકારના ઈલેકટ્રોનીકસ એન્ડ કવોલીટી ડેવલપમેન્ટ સેન્ટર અને સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલના ડોકટરોની બહાલી મળી હતી. એ પછી એ ઈન્સ્ટોલ કરાયા હતા. તો પણ કોને જવાબદાર ઠેરવવામાં આવશે ?[:en]Dhaman Ki Dhaalam 12

The government is defending the company of Parakram Singh Jadeja of Jyoti CNC, a friend of Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani who lives in Rajkot. The government is defending the sanctioning authorities. If not, the government should answer these questions.

2 – Not a Critical Care Expert in the Ethics Committee but Professor of Medicine Dr. Kamlesh Upadhyay was another doctor. Who made such a big mistake?
3 – Why was the blower taken despite having 230 machines near the Corona Hospital in Ahmedabad.
4 – The ineffectiveness of this machine came out after the doctors in the Civil Hospital demanded more ventilators. So why not remove the blower immediately? Action taken against
5 – Jayanthi Ravi, Principal Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, revealed about Dhamana-1 that there was a shortage of ventilators at that time. Jyoti CNC took the initiative and built the device. The government received a donation of 1000 blow ventilators. सरकार गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री विजय रुपाणी के दोस्त ज्योति सीएनसी के पराक्रमसिंह जडेजा की कंपनी का बचाव कर रही है जो राजकोट में रहते हैं। सरकार मंजूरी देने वाले अधिकारियों का बचाव कर रही है। यदि नहीं, तो सरकार को इन सवालों का जवाब देना चाहिए।
1 – मशीन को आईएसओ 86101 और आईसी 60601 के लिए राष्ट्रीय प्रत्यायन प्रयोगशालाओं द्वारा अनुमोदित प्रयोगशाला में परीक्षण किया गया था। अहमदाबाद सिविल अस्पताल में आचार समिति के सामने एक मरीज पर परीक्षण किया गया था, भले ही दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन किया गया हो। फिर भी इसे कैसे मंजूर किया गया?
2 – एथिक्स कमेटी में क्रिटिकल केयर एक्सपर्ट नहीं बल्कि मेडिसिन के प्रोफेसर डॉ। कमलेश उपाध्याय एक और दुसरा डोक्टर थे। इतनी बड़ी गलती किसने की?
3 – अहमदाबाद के कोरोना अस्पताल के पास 230 मशीन होते हुए भी ब्लोअर क्यों लिया गया।
4 – सिविल अस्पताल में डॉक्टरों द्वारा अधिक वेंटिलेटर की मांग के बाद इस मशीन की अप्रभावीता सामने आई। तो क्यों न ब्लोअर को तुरंत हटा दिया गया ? किसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की गई?
5 – स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण विभाग की प्रधान सचिव, जयंती रवि ने धमण -1 के बारे में खुलासा किया कि उस समय वेंटिलेटर की कमी थी। ज्योति सीएनसी ने पहल की और डिवाइस बनाया। सरकार को 1000 ब्लो वेंटिलेटर का दान मिला। गुजरात सरकार के इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और गुणवत्ता विकास केंद्र और नागरिक अस्पताल के डॉक्टरों द्वारा इसकी पुष्टि की गई थी। उन्हें तब स्थापित किया गया था। लेकिन किसे जिम्मेदार ठहराया जाएगा?[:]
