The project to connect Girnar, the highest mountain in the state, by rope-way was started in 2017. The Girnarrop-Way operation is currently in the final stages. It may be mentioned that Junagadh ropeway will also be considered as an engineering marvel due to the complexity of the mountain.
Environment and other reasons Sir project was not allowed soon and there were also engineering challenges due to the complexity of the Girnar mountain. Meanwhile there was concern about the vulture’s nest and its conservation. The work was entrusted to a well-known company by preparing a new route and roadmap for the formation of the Modi government at the Center. Now the dream of Ambaji Maa Darshan will come true for those who cannot walk on their own feet.
