Mamta Banerjee said that central government is arrogant, 25 percent students can appear in JEE exam

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee stressed on the center to take the JEE-NEET exam. He said that 75 percent of the candidates in the state could not appear for the examination for admission in medical and engineering colleges. Mamta Banerjee claimed at the Center on Tuesday that only 25 percent of candidates from West Bengal could appear in the JEE exam and blame the “arrogance” of the government.

In the Supreme Court, the Center was requested to reconsider the case. 1,167 children appeared for the exam for a total of 4,652 candidates. Attacking the Center, the Trinamool Congress chief said, “If the exam was postponed for a few days, what would have gone wrong? Why is he (Modi) arrogant? Why are you so stubborn? They need to ruin the students’ future Who gave the right to? ” Political parties opposed the exam and wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi requesting him to postpone the exam. The examination was however taken.
