The country’s largest IT company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will now have 5 lakh employees. It is the second most staffed company in India after railways.
Reliance has the fewest employees in the country. Reliance employs fewer people.
TCS has more employees and officers than the Gujarat government.
There are 12.54 lakh employees in the railway. Employee is the second largest information and technology (IT) company in the world.
From April 2021 to March 2022, it will employ 40,000 new IT professionals. 45% of appointments will be made from April to June. Last year, 40,000 freshers were given jobs.
The company hired 19,388 employees during the fourth quarter. This is the highest in any one quarter. There were 488,649 employees by the end of the year.
TCS is the country’s largest software exporter. In a few years, it will be able to surpass Ascent by becoming the world’s largest IT employee.
It is the largest private sector company in the country. The employee leave ratio in the company is only 7.3%.
