વાળ સફેદ હોય તો તેની આયુર્વેદિક સારવાર છે. તાણ, અનિદ્રા, ચિંતા, હાઈ બ્લડ પ્રેશર કે આનુવંશિક કારણોસર વાળ સામાન્ય રીતે સફેદ હોય છે. અકાળે સફેદ વાળ રોગપ્રતિકારક ન હોવાથી થઈ શકે છે. એલોપેસીયા અને પાંડુરોગમાં રોતિકારક શક્તિ વાળ સફેદ કરી નાંખે છે. થાઇરોઇડ ડિસઓર્ડર, વિટામિન બી 12 ની ઉણપ અને ધૂમ્રપાનને કારણે વાળ ઝડપથી સફેદ થવા માંડે છે. ગુજરાતમાં અનેક લોકો આ રીતે તેલ બનાવે છે અને વર્ષોથી વાપરે છે. ઘણાં લોકોને રાહત થતી હોવાનું રાજવૈદ્ય ડો.કુમાર બારોટે જણાવ્યું હતું.
વાળને સરળતાથી કાળા બનાવી શકે છે. નાળિયેર તેલ અને અન્ય કેટલીક ટીપ્સની મદદથી વાળ કાળા કરી શકાય છે.
સામગ્રી
નાળિયેર તેલ – એક કપ
આમળાનો રસ બે કપ
લસણ – 2 થી 3 કળીઓ
ડુંગળી – 1 નાની
એલોવેરા જેલ
મીઠા લીમડો – કરી પાંદડા – 10 થી 15
મેથીના દાણા – અડધો ચમચી
નાળિયેર તેલ ગરમ કરો. આમળાનો રસ 50 ટકા સુધી ઉકાળો, કરી પાન અને ડુંગળી નાખો ઉકળવા દો. પછી તેમાં લસણ, મેથી નાંખો, છેલ્લે એલોવેરા જેલ્સ ઉમેરો અને મિક્સ કરો અને ધીમા તાપે ઉકાળો. અંદરની ઉકળેલી આંગળીથી તપાસો અને ગોરીંડી વળે એટલે તેલ ઉતારી લો. ઠંડુ કરી બોટલમાં ભરો. મગજને ઠંકક આપશે અને વાળ કાળા રાખશે.[:en]Ahmedabad, 24 November 2020

Coconut Oil – One Cup
Two cups of gooseberry-Amla juice
Garlic – 2 to 3 buds
Onion – 1 small
Aloe vera gel
Sweet Neem – Curry Leaves – 10 to 15
Fenugreek seeds – half a teaspoon
Heat coconut oil. Add amla juice and boil it to 50%, then add curry leaves and onions to boil. Then add garlic, fenugreek, aloe vera gels and finally mix and boil on low heat. Remove the boiled material inside and check it with two fingers when it cools down and when the gourd turns, the oil is ready. Fill the bottle after cooling. यदि बाल सफेद हैं, तो इसका आयुर्वेदिक उपचार है। आमतौर पर तनाव, अनिद्रा, चिंता, उच्च रक्तचाप या आनुवांशिक कारण बाल सफेद होते हैं। समय से पहले सफेद बाल प्रतिरक्षा न होने के कारण हो सकते हैं। थायराइड विकार, विटामिन बी 12 की कमी और धूम्रपान के कारण बाल जल्दी सफेद हो जाते हैं। गुजरात में कई लोग बालो को काल करने ले लिये इस तरह से तेल बनाते हैं और सालों तक इसका इस्तेमाल करते हैं। राजवैद्य डॉ। कुमार बारोट ने कहा, “कई लोगों को राहत मिली है।”

सामग्री
नारियल का तेल – एक कप
दो कप आंवले का रस
लहसुन – 2 से 3 कलियाँ
प्याज – 1 छोटा
एलोवेरा जेल
मीठे नीम – करी पत्ते – 10 से 15
मेथी के बीज – आधा चम्मच
नारियल का तेल गर्म करें। आंवले के रस को डाल कर 50% तक उबालें, बाद में करी पत्ता और प्याज डालकर उबलने दें। फिर लहसुन, मेथी, आखिर में एलोवेरा जैल डालें और मिलाएँ और कम आँच पर उबालें। अंदर उबली हुई सामग्री को बहार निकाल कर ठंडा होने पर दो उंगली से जांचें और जब लौकी मुड़ जाए तो तेल तैयार है। ठंडा करके बोतल में भर लें। यह दिमाग को ठंडा करेगा और बालों को काला बनाए रखेगा।[:]
