[:gj]દેશમાં વધતા આર્થિક સંકટ વચ્ચે કેન્દ્ર સરકારને અનેક મોરચા પર લડવું પડી રહ્યું છે. એક બાજુ રાજસ્વની કમાણીના કારણે ખર્ચમાં કાપ મુકવો પડ્યો છે તો બીજી બાજુ હવે સરકારી કર્મચારીઓના પ્રિમેચ્યોર રિટાયરમેન્ટની નીતિ અને આર્થિક સુધારના નિર્ણ્યો વિરૂદ્ઘ મજુર સંગઠન માર્ગ પર ઉતરવાની તૈયારી કરી રહ્યા છે. 30 વર્ષથી વધુ અનુભવ ધરાવતા વરિષ્ઠ સરકારી કર્મચારીઓના પરફોર્મન્સ રીવ્યુ બાદ જનહિતમાં રીટાયર કરવાના સરકારના નિર્ણય વિરુદ્ઘ વિરોધ તેજ થઇ રહ્યો છે. આ મુદ્દા પર દેશના મોટા મજુર સંગઠન એકઠા થયા છે. તેની માંગ છે કે આ નિર્ણ્ય તાતકાલિક ધોરણે પાછા લેવામાં આવે છે.
